@Silly_G If I understand you correctly, you mean invite them to your island via amiibo ( those that you have to invite 3 time before you can ask them to stay? )
Then you don't need NSO, only turn on your internet while you are at nook stop inviting them to campsite.
My Brain, eyes, and fingers are not team player. They don't coordinate with each other.
@UnknownReader : No, what I mean is, if a visitor (a human player) interacts with an animal at somebody else's campsite, would they be able to recruit them?
Porygon did nothing wrong.

what is school of thought on turnip buying? how many do you all buy each week? Currently they are for sale at 93 bells on my island (for next 2 hours). My concern about blowing all my bells on turnips is when it comes to selling them. I can only carry so much and it needs seller to be very understanding should I need to make multiple trips. So far in the game I have never bought more than 3000 Turnips.
I can open my gates for any friends interested in that purchase price. Also Canberra is crafting Iron garden chair and leif is here.
@jamesnl I have bought 1 million bells worth for the past 3/4 weeks. I use to store them on the island outside my home before I had the attic and basement. Then I visited nook cranny on other islands using this forum and using the reddit turnip forum. Using reddit was a bit painful as you have to typically find a newish post, join a queue and then dash to their island. Most don’t allow repeat trips so you have to find other posts. Worth it to me IMO. Have paid off my house and help wife pay towards hers. Also paid to move all the residents and pay for new infrastructure.
PS folks on this forum have been very nice and always let me make repeated trips.
@jamesnl The most I've bought at once was 32,000. I think I bought 24,000 this week. Basically as many as I can realistically fence off on my island without making big landscaping changes. Once I start adding more stuff to the cliff that I'm using for them I'll be buying a lot less (but should also be pretty set for Bells).
@Jen10 Same fish. Just saves you the trouble of looking for them. They're especially useful for stuff like the pier, pond and clifftop river fish that might not have a lot spawning naturally.
@Jen10 hi Jen. Fish bait just spawns a new fish in front of you. Helpful for example if you need a fish that can only be caught at the pier but there are no fish presently there. If the wrong size fish appears and you throw more bait, that fish will be replaced by another.

@meeto_1@cooldude99, thanks for the responses. I have used the turnip exchange a few times and spent 4 hours in a queue, lately i found the entry fee on the high side and as you said they don't allow for multiple trips. I don't feel comfortable asking the nice folks on this forum if i can make multiple trips. I'm not a regular poster like some others are. I was storing the turnips in my house previously but now I use top floor for all the duplicate diy recipes. I have just bought 4000 and fenced them in outside.
Unrelated, If you are free at all some time today, would you mind watering my roses again. Got my first oranges today and pushing through the steps for that elusive blue. (If you can’t I’m still sending you the recipe so absolutely no pressure)
PS if I get good turnip prices you are welcome to make repeat trips to sell. Thanks again for the instruments.
@meeto_1 happy to water flowers for you, recipe or no recipe (: I got my first orange lilies today. I think the flower breeding challenge is one of my fave things in the game.
