@Gret8888 I've visited a few islands and Best Friended a couple of people, one of which is Jon and he lets me catalog items when I visit his island. I let anyone catalog everything I have on my island, but I don't often have visitors (mostly because I don't open my gate due to my messy town, but if it's raining I'll definitely open up my island to visitors so people can catch the Coelacanth). So, yes, I have cataloged but not a lot of items and I don't visit others frequently enough to really rack up items in my catalog.

@Gret8888 I gotta hit the hay (I've been up all night), but please let me know how many Bells to send you or when I can come over to catalog items. Have a good day

I’ve recently learned about cataloging items which is awesome by the way, thank you very much Aaron from Spinach Island. My question is, can flooring, wall coverings and clothing be cataloged? I know that would be an insane amount of cataloging, and I don’t plan on doing that with anyone, Im just curious.

@Gret8888 Yes! Everything can be cataloged with the exception of anything purchased with nook miles tickets and diys. (:

I have not had any diy from a balloon in several days! I mainly get bells or clothing (hardly ever get furniture). Is anyone else experiencing this? I was hoping with the newest update, it would change, but it hasn't as of yet. Im super bummed because I feel if it wasn't for certain people on here that let me know when someone is giving out a diy on their island, I would have hardly any!!!

@foxyflimflam Yeah, I don't recall getting any from a balloon in forever. Looking for crafting villagers is definitely the best way to collect them.

@BenAV agreed!!!! It just sucks how many repeat clothing items I tend to get from these balloons. I don't mind the bells (obviously) but I would like at least a little variety!

@foxyflimflam i only get recipes from the villagers or the message in bottle on my island or sometimes the mystery islands. I have some new duplicate recipes if you are interested (:
