Does anybody know how many bamboo recipes there are (not the seasonal young bamboo, just regular). I love bamboo stuff and thought I'd had a lot, but I just keep getting more periodically. A neighbor just gave me a recipe for a bamboo stopblock or something like that. I don't even know what it is, but I know I need one!
