@meeto_1 Well congrats on the Blue Marlin.
I'm not really sweating the lack of update stuff today as there's plenty of time to get all the bushes and everything at least. Picked a few up on my random travels.

Was told by someone today that apparently if you get five people to water your flowers for you, the sparkles turn to gold and there's a much higher chance for a cross-breed. Tested it out with my three random black roses and they are indeed sparkling gold now so that's neat.

@BenAV You know when you have it in your mind that today is the day. I had already planned out where I was putting bushes etc. I managed to buy in bulk on someone’s island so it’s all good.

That’s really interesting about the watering of plants. Would like to try that out. Saw a video about feng shui. If you decorate your main room using certain colours your luck increases. Sounds a little dubious and harder to prove unlike your discovery.

@meeto_1 Yeah, the fact that the sparkles visibly change is pretty clear proof. I haven't really bothered setting up flowers for breeding or anything but if I do that's useful to know. Apparently just getting others to water in general might increase the chance (maybe a certain percentage per person) but I dunno if that's accurate. Just know five for gold sparkles.

Did anyone get ROSES as their native flower? Or sister flower?

Forgot to look around for Celeste today and now most people in Australia will be sleeping so no point asking around. RIP today's recipe.

I haven't played around with the island construction tools much, and I don't know if everyone's hidden cove is in a similar situation, but is it possible to open a path down there just using your own tools, or do you have to pay to construct a ramp the normal way? I can get down there now with the ladder, but I would prefer not to have to do that.

@Xyphon22 You could do it without any inclines. Just need the whole passage to be on the ground level like the beach.

Don't know if anyone cares about a wooden low table, but I've got a neighbor giving out recipes. Also making a path to that hidden cove was a lot easier than I thought. Didn't even have to destroy the secret path that was already on the second level.
