I started making a maze using cliffs, but now I think I’ll start all over again using hedges...

So I have been using the turnip calculator and prophet and OF COURSE tomorrow my nook shop finally gets its remodel on the day of my highest projected prices. Does anyone know how the remodel affects the calculator predictions? I'm curious to know if the remodel will end up jipping me.

@Pink_Yoshi I’m so glad I’m relatively happy with house placement. I did move one, though. 😂 Was slightly bummed at the price but a bit of fishing sorted that out.

@BrittGOAL14 yeah! The only problem is that I put so much work designing and building the maze, I’m now gonna knock it down and replace it with hedges...

@cooldude99 My worry is right now mine are at 197 (pretty decent considering what they normally are which seem to always be around 60/70) so debating on just selling them today and retrying the calculator and prophet apps next week

@foxyflimflam how many turnips do you have? If you don’t have that many (0-1500) I would sell them while the price is 197. But if you have quite a lot (1500 +) I would wait till one of your friends gets a high price.

Does anyone know whether perfect fruit are a thing in this game? If so, how do you get them!!!

@foxyflimflam I have to figure what to do too. My price is 144 now and my shop is closed tomorrow. The calculator says from Thursday on I won't be able to make a profit at all.

My shop is still yet to open today, so I’ll let you know if I have a good price.

That's lucky! I should have paid more attention at the start but never mind, I'm learning as I go. You would never have guessed I had played New Leaf, lol

@foxyflimflam @MyNameIsRandy I would just assume that you still have turnip prices as usual when the shop is closed but you just can't make any use of them.

When the shop is getting updated the game should really have Tommy and Timmy hanging around somewhere for the turnips. Either that or Isabelle take care of the turnips for that one day.

@Pink_Yoshi One slightly bugs me but for now it’s staying. This game is pretty much totally different to NL so it’s definitely forgiven.
