Seems to me the Nintendo servers are a bit slow tonight, I am getting a lot of error messages on everything.

@Wayko I have Peaches, Cherries and Coconut. I've been playing for 65 hours according to my Switch.

@Pink_Yoshi What is your Nintendo Network ID / SN so I know what to look for? I don't add anyone who's name I don't recognize from here and I have over 20 pending requests right now (none of which I recognize from names on this forum that I've actually conversed with) 😳

@Lard_Bucket I got your friend request and added you. Does that mean I travel to your island from the airport to try to trade items or look for things I don't have? Not sure what the proper method and etiquette are.

Anyone have a good flower farm guide that they know of?

@k8sMum We have WOW and have never had issues like this until the lockdown. I get it may be slower, but when it just disconnects randomly for no reason, it irritates me. Luckily it isn't an all the time issue so hoping that it gets it out of its system today so I can feel good about visiting others and having them visit me without having to worry about losing communication!

Don't know if this has been posted yet, but I discovered that whatever amount of bells you plant in the money tree hole is the amount that each "fruit" will contain when the tree is grown. A couple days ago I planted 10,000 bells, and today the money tree had 30,000 bells worth of "fruit".

Going to use tonight to test online durability with a few of my close friends, attempting to visit their islands and have them visit me to see what happens. FINGERS CROSSED!!!! Hoping tomorrow I can virtually hang with a lot of you (:

@Hordak If you go to the airport and select 'I wanna fly!' -> 'I wanna visit someone' -> 'Via online play' -> 'Search for a friend' -> it will give a list of all your friends' islands that currently have their gate open.
If you want to open your gate for visitors you would select 'I want visitors' -> 'Via online play' -> 'All my friends!'
In general you only want to let friends visit your island. Trading with complete strangers using dodo code can go very badly.
As far as etiquette, when visiting do not do anything that you would not want a visitor to do on your island. Things you should not do without asking are... pick flowers, shake fruit trees, buy the limited items in the back of Nook's Cranny, etc... It is also preferred not to run because it is easlier to lose track of the visitor's locations and you can destroy a bloomed flower by accident.

I am not certain which Fruit furniture I've come across. I'm happy with anything. If you send me an item I already have I'll just give it away to one of my animal Neighbors on the island.

@Mountain_Man Don't plant more than 10k though. Apparently it can triple more than that but usual you'll just get 30k back.

So 32 active days, way more than 200k bells spent and sold, and I have the Able Sister's shop. My Nook Cranny is upgrading tomorrow! So it seems like those requirements (30 days since Nook's Cranny was built, 200k bought or spent, and Mabel visiting at least once) were correct!

@Mountain_Man when you plant between 100 and 9999 bells you have a 30/70 chance of getting either the amount you planted, or bags of 1000 bells. If you plant 10,001-99,000 bells you have the same 30/70 chance of getting either bags of 10k or the amount you planted. This has been datamined and proved. Mathematically you just want to plant 10k each day for the best long term pay off - unless you want to gamble on that 30%
