Simple question here. Does the current shortage in Japan have anything to do with the global semiconductor shortage, or is it something else entirely? If it is a consequence of the semiconductor shortage, why is it not affecting Switch sales in Europe and America?
Also, do we know when Nintendo `thinks` they will resume selling units in Japan?
It's true that on both Amazon US and Amazon Germany (taken as examples), the Switch with white Joy-Cons is not on sale. So the phenomenon is global, more or less. I wish we knew what the exact cause was.
