Topic: Miiverse admin users banning for handing out Smash bros 3ds codes.

Usually I don't post on forums but I had to for this.

Banned- 2 weeks for offering the Smash codes.

I am very upset about this and I definently feel that admins are over strict. I ask whoever would want them to leave there email or friend request. They saw it as personal information.

On the topic, I still have one if anyone wants it.

I guess I should of never offered through miiverse. 2 weeks is oddly strict as this is my first offense.

Not surprising at all if you really asked for their email. That's asking for personal information. So, while being a bit harsh, it's by no means unjustified.

I would've said no more than a few days, those mods can be jerks. That was overkill.

You asked for personal information which is against the rules and why you were banned, remember minors use Miiverse.

They dhould have said you got banned for "giving out/asking for personal info" instead of for "sharing Smash bros codes" cause, like, the entire reason people got 4 of them was to share them. And the ban should have just been until the demo comes out; two weeks is ridiculous.

A representative told me there are two levels. Level yellow, a warning, and level red, a 2 week ban.
