Topic: Hi, I just got a Switch OLED model and the ZR button on my right joycon feels weird and mushy. I will post a youtube video, turn your audio up and you can hear the difference between the two joycons

@berrse Your quickest solution is to return it to the store, exchange it for a new console.

Otherwise, dealing with Nintendo probably takes a while.

@WoomyNNYes I would do that but it was the last one GameStop had and there's no telling when my store will have more in stock...

@berrse Perhaps gamestop can source a Switch from another location, or from online? Ask your store's manager.

Target has had OLEDs every time I've been there in the past 2-3 months. Get a refund from gamestop, buy one somewhere else. Or, see if you can exhange the joycons? Although, note, the neon red & blue joycon pair that is sold seperately, the colors for left and right are flipped - same colors, just flipped.

You can also check best buy and walmart.
