Because most of the others are too much of an uncertainty if I'll get to them within even a couple of years after release. Too many various games I'm focused on or want to play that are already out, and often have been for some time. You mostly could point to a random, upcoming indie game or something I'm interested in, and its uncertain if I will play it this year, or in 2024. Who knows anymore?!
Breath of the Wild 2 definitely and Mario Golf: Super Rush looks like it'll be a blast to play based on its recent trailer...Outside of the Switch, there are a number of Nintendo DS games I'd like to get my hands on: the third Chibi-Robo game, Ghost Trick, Disgaea DS, Advance Wars Dual Strike, Chrono Trigger, Dragon Quest (any and maybe all of them), Monster Tale, Henry Hatsworth...There are a bunch that I would like to add to my Nintendo DS experience.
Well, I'm assuming we can list games that have be confirmed but no release date yet. Also, I'll add only Switch games as it is the only platform I have, even if I would love to play some PlayStation 5 games.
The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild sequel
Metroid Prime 4
Bayonetta 3
The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles
There are other games I'm pretty interested such as Project Triangle Strategy, but those are 100% sure I'm buying. Small list but for me that's great, I have some backlog and not that much time available.
Breath of the Wild Sequel
Gran Turismo 7
Horizon: Forbidden West
Metroid Prime 4
Dragon Quest III HD-2D
Dragon Quest XII
Final Fantasy VII Remake part two
Final Fantasy XVI

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

Currently looking forward to Shin Megami Tensei V, Sonic Colors Ultimate, and as silly as it sounds, Smurfs: Mission Vileaf. I like the Smurfs, so looking forward to the latter even if tie-in games aren't popular.
Will wait until E3 and the Direct to see what surprises they have in store when it comes to Switch and PC games.
