@TheJGG
I'm still me, not get hacked. 😉
Right now i am in my bedroom.
I still have interest with Pokemon games but to be honest if i compared with other Monster breeding games such as Monster Rancher or Yokai Watch, the journey of Pokemon games looks like cookie cutter stories.
I can tell exactly what is the order of the plot from beginning until the end.
Alright, here's my unpopular opinion: I think smash ultimate is the worst smash game. It's not an objectively bad game or anything and the concept is great, but I found myself being very disappointed by it.
The size of the roster seems to be the selling point for a lot of people. However, I think because of how big it is, smash ultimate ended up dropping so many cool modes the previous entries had. My brother and I used to love doing all-star together but in ultimate it's just another multi-man smash mode. A new boss battles mode like the one from brawl would've been a lot of fun; ultimate does have a good amount of new bosses. It could've been an unlockable mode after beating world of light or something. Classic mode is still enjoyable, but I would've liked to see board the platforms or target smash make a return. World of Light was actually pretty cool to me at first. Getting all the spirits and seeing all the references was amazing but it eventually turned into hold f-smash until the CPU walks into it. Subspace had a co-op option which made it a lot more enjoyable to me. My brother and I completed it to 100% quite a few times lol. With World of Light, I had to force myself to complete it and I don't think I'd do it again lol. I also think echo fighters should've just been alts like alph is for olimar rather than being counted as an official character. It sort of feels like they're only counted to increase the size of the roster.
Since I found the single-player content lackluster, the only other option would be to play online. I know smash bros hasn't ever had amazing online before, but it isn't the occasional laggy player that bothers me. Quickplay itself just wasn't really that great. Having to leave the opponent to switch your character isn't something I'm a fan of. Also, I do prefer the separation of for fun and for glory from smash 4. There are days where I wanted to have fun and there were days where I wanted to be competitive. Getting a crazy ruleset when being one match away from elite smash was painful. I don't even use the character online anymore once I get them to elite smash lol. Doing co-op doubles is also painful online since there's no way to turn on team attack. Of course, the obvious answer would be to go to arenas but you can't do local co-op in arenas. Even when I did arenas alone, it sucked having to wait for a while only to get kicked after the match ended lol.
I'm not saying I hate the game entirely. It was actually the only reason why I got a switch, and it's always fun locally with friends. But since the single-player content and online both suck I ended up dropping the game after a year. The only reason why I'm typing this now is because I got back into it once Pyra got added. But after a couple of weeks playing as her, I started to remember why I fell off of the game lol.
Edit: I forgot to add the fact that you have to watch the entire replay just for a short clip is kind of annoying. I don't understand why they couldn't at least allow you to skip to the part you wanted to record.
I don't really like smash. It kind of seems over-hyped for what it is honestly. I especially dislike it when Smash is the only thing Nintendo focuses on, like how E3 2018 was just a smash direct effectively.

@Vortexeo That last thing you mentioned about the replays is so annoying, I agree. I like Ultimate (the only Smash game I own) and I think it has a lot of features, but it’s far from perfect.
Heigh Ho Heigh Ho. It’s off to work (from home) I go.
@BabyYoda71The pokemon anime is horrid honestly. I used to watch it all the time as a kid, but I can't bring myself to do it now. I hate the voice direction for the characters, with most of the characters sounding like they're talking down to people, and I hate how dumb everyone is in the anime. Team Rocket disguises themselves in extremely transparent disguises, and Ash can't seem to see through them like how we as the viewers can?

@VoidofLight
Team Rocket have fairy dust from Cinderella's fairy godmother so their minimalist disguise are always undetected. 😂
Yeah, i would like to see Ash Ketchum grow up into handsome adult man.
Even Nate from Yokai Watch Shadow has been married and have his son.
I've heard good things about recent seasons of the Pokemon anime but I've never felt a need to go back to it. Everything I've ever heard of the post-4kids dub is the definition of "meh" and I just don't like the idea of a series going on forever with no end in sight like this, same protagonist and all (I already have Detective Conan for that, thank you very much). Though even if that wasn't all true, it's still a huge time investment I don't wanna bother with.
btw: I've been watching this series that's done a review of the Pokemon anime, episode to episode. It's given me a new appreciation for the first season, but its apparent even with his optimistic attitude towards it that it just stopped being that interesting a show by the time they got to Johto.
@VoidofLight I honestly despise everything about Team Rocket. I’m fine with the current anime (though there’s some parts I don’t like), but I can’t stand the original seasons.

I don't know if this in unpopular but I've never seen anyone complaining about it: the item weight limit in Skyrim is 1000x worse/more annoying that item durability in BotW. Last night I completed a objective for the Jarl who rewarded me with some armor that put me over the weight limit. I thought, "No problem, I'll just do what I did in Oblivion" and I dropped a weapon that I didn't need anymore. Then I was told to follow because there was news of a dragon attack. But while I was listening to this very important conversation about dragons and what I would do next, suddenly my character whips around out of my control and the subtitles change because I am now being scolded by some random guard for dropping a weapon on the floor where someone could trip and get hurt, and if I do it again I will be in serious trouble. So I missed the conversation about what I'm supposed to do next, I picked the weapon back up and had to crawl slower than a turtle for what felt like 30 minutes across town until I could find a store to sell my stuff. Give me having one weapon break but I have 50 more in my inventory any day of the week.
On the topic of the Pokemon cartoon, I thought the the Kanto season was alright for the most part, it didn't have the pacing problems of the other seasons where any and every Pokemon needed an entire episode to fill out the episode count for the season. Not that I would bother watching any season of Pokemon now though, I've don't have the time to watch actually good shows let alone something I know is gonna be rubbish. ;p
Bravely Default II's weight system isn't bad honestly. It helps with the strategy aspect of the game, until you get the higher asterisks which buff the weight stat.
