The PS Move is a better controller than the Wiimote. The Wiimote was put to far better use though.

"Ah, the Breakfast Club soundtrack! I can't wait 'til I'm old enough to feel ways about stuff!"

@MrMario02 Yeah, the Move was more accurate than the Wagglemote, but the Move in itself felt "heavy": you had to make huge strides with the controller in order to actually do something in-game. It was weird.
The Wiimote Plus is easily the best wand-like motion controller. Light, and just about sensitive to provide a great experience.
It's certainly has flaws and it's barely even a Sonic game, but it's still an overall good 3D platformer. The only parts that I flatout didnt enjoy were the casino/pinball level and the 'boss gauntlet' levels in World 7.
People are just far too harsh on it because it's Sonic.
Sonic's not the problem. Sega is. The main issue is that Sega always tries to reinvent the wheel with every Sonic game and allows broken games like Boom to drag the franchise into the mud. Sega is the main reason Sonic is such a joke.

@CreamyDream So the obvious answer is to stop trying to please everyone and focus on making a polished game. Even at its best, the series has been a mess since Sonic Adventure - obviously due in part to growing pains, but mostly because they started splitting their focus between multiple different gameplay styles that just don't mesh. It was cool the first few times, when 3D platforming was still young and inventing itself, making the Sonic Adventure games a showcase of the possibilities of the future...but we're way beyond that point. The novelty's worn off, now we just want a good game. Not everyone's gonna be happy about any direction they take, but it's easier to fan the flames and build up a new fanbase if what's on offer is polished to a sheen.
I will say that I agree that Lost Worlds was highly enjoyable, but at the same time, I still agree with many of the flaws people have pointed out, and I certainly won't begrudge others for not being as forgiving of those flaws as I am.
I hate smogon's rules for Pokemon competition. I hate people who cry over Darkrai's dark void. I hate people who say only cowards or noobs use ubers. I will agree hacked Pokemon are bad.
On the Sonic note I loved Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. Sonic the Hedgehog 2006's glitches were fun sometimes and even useful as well. Sonic is waaay better than Mario. Sonic Boom is not the worst game in the series. The Game Gear Sonic 2 was crap. Sonic is the best game mascot next to Pikachu. 90% of all Mario games are terrible. The last good Mario game was Super Mario RPG. Yo-Kai Watch is more enjoyable than Pokemon in a sick sort of way. I'm looking more forward to both versions of Yo-kai Watch 2 than I am Sun and Moon. Pokemon Go is stupid and needs to be discontinued. Pokemon Shuffle is the best free game. Pokemon Shuffle is better than Candy Crush and Pokemon Go and Angry Terds (I mean Birds). Pokemon, Sonic, Kingdom Hearts, and Yo-kai Watch are the only games worth playing.
Indeed. I thought Super Mario RPG was terrible, bland and boring
so yer sayin its like sony made it, oh ok

Star Fox Zero pretty much being a Star Fox 64 copy with forced motion controls.
To be fair, that's what everyone had been asking for these past 9 or so years since the Wii came out. "Careful what you wish for," as the saying goes...
I'll give Sega some credit. They are actually pleasing the fans by releasing a 2D Sonic for the old fans and a 3D game, (most likely the Colors/Generations format), for the newer fans. Nintendo on the other hand has released a Animal Crossing Board game and not a real AC game, Federation force instead of a real Metriod prime or a 2D Metriod game, Color Splash instead of a real Paper Mario, and Star Fox Zero pretty much being a Star Fox 64 copy with forced motion controls.
Three things:
1. Sega is the reason the sonic cycle exists. Most Nintendo franchises don't have this cycle.
2. Nintendo also released quite a few well received sequels.
3. Sega seems to cling onto sonic like he's their only mascot

Actually, most of the reasonable Nintendo were not satisfied with those games. They just didn't bash other people for being interested in them.
It's unreasonable to be unsatisfied with a game at their announcement. Satisfaction should have been that the games were coming, not for a few seconds of footage.
