@Anti-Matter I'd say neither, since both are highly disposable and uninteresting types of music, but if I'd HAVE to choose, then trance, at least that's the least offensive of the two.

I'm fan of Euro Trance (example Justify My Love by Tess Mattison, Blue Impulse by Naoki Maeda feat YUKI, etc) and Happy Hardcore songs (example Follow the Sun by Triple J, WWW.Blondegirl Momo Mix by Jenny ROM, etc). 😀
The songs like that are oftenly founded on Old DDR games.
