I mustn't always, per se, but I personally don't see anything wrong with it. I follow the rules when choosing an avatar, the one time I didn't TBD let me know with a warning. If it bothers that many people, I'll change it.

@WinterWarm Yes. I think it'll up your credibility quite a bit and I think it'll be easier to establish an identity. "Hot lady of the week" isn't the most memorable avatar you could have.
