@EaglyBird Someone's busy (I just responded to like 3 of your posts lol)
Space and Games are similar. Space is endless and new stuff is out there waiting to be discovered. Games are always being made but the creativity is different from one game to another and so many more ideas still haven't been imagined or created yet. (That came out better than expected lol)

@EllaTheQueen6 That’s what I don’t understand, I believe I did crazy stuff like that back on my save. So why? What caused tot o get corrupted. There’s really no way to fix it? Like I feel like it’s rare games tell you, or do they tell you?

What did the completionist do? I loved his stuff. I just heard the other day there wasn’t a controversy, it’s nothing too bad, right?
He basically runs a false charity for Alzheimers. Most of the money donated didn't even go towards research for a cure and after 9 years he didn't even have a benefactor chosen. And, as a cherry on top, he used his dead mothers name as a way to gain sympathy for the charity.
Edit: I guess the money is in limbo, so thats something at least still not good.
@Snatcher Because this is an ancient game from 2012 (I was barely 3) a game being bale to fix its own corruption wasn't even a thought yet (this is part of modern games luckily) and there wasn't much a user could do except, well, start over.

@EllaTheQueen6 I guess so.. I wouldn’t know honestly lol! Then again like you said it being 2012, but for it to just give up like that is wild. I found this, couldn’t hurt to try.
@EaglyBird@blindsquirrel Aw come on! That’s such a messed up thing to do man what the heck. So what he’s just been spending the money for the last 9 years? Really? That’s so messed up.
@Snatcher I already deleted the town unfortunately.
When the game asked me if I wanted to delete the corrupted save, I thought it meant reset the corrupted data, but no it just deleted the save entirely

@Snatcher
I don't know if he spent it on anything else, but it sure wasn't used for the charity. Hopefully it is just sitting in a bank somewhere so that it can be donated for Alzheimers research.
Currently playing: Pokemon Soul Silver, Mario RPG
Enos 1:15
@EllaTheQueen6 So are you going to start over now? Or maybe try to play it again some other time? This really sucks and I hate it when saves like this are just deleted.

@Snatcher I'm gonna have to start over. I'm gonna miss my villagers and the house I spent millions of bells on, and teh cafe I worked for years to get, but hey, I'm planning on hacking so I can have a very similar town. I found one with a similar landscape to mine, so Im ause that and hack it to my liking. I won't go crazy, just gonna hack what I rightfully earned in my previous game
