@Princess_Lilly Oh that's perfectly fine, yeah it's quicker to reply to shorter posts. No worries there. Thank you! That's a good point you made there with the one-point perspective, I like your pun as well, lol. I haven't seen your friend code when I wrote this but I think it's all right to just share mine in this thread... my friend code is SW-0427-8582-2999 and my username is MarioLover. (If anyone else wants to add me, please let me know by replying to my post. Also be sure to tell me your username so I know it's you.)

(Don't worry @Tyranexx and @Sunsy, I'll get to your posts as well.)

@Eel
I got different numbers of the movie Hall depend on the place and the time I watched that movie.
Sometime the same movie got the different movie Hall room on the next day due to other movie schedules.
If you see the ticket, it mentioned the Mall names, the date I watched the movie, the seat number and the time aired. The big number you see on the ticket is the Hall room number.
The biggest Cinema XXI venue have until 6 Hall rooms. The bigger of the Mall size, the more movies will be aired on that place.

I tried to watch on Monday until Thursday as the ticket price is 35,000 IDR, Friday is 40,000 IDR, Saturday and Sunday + Holiday = 50,000 IDR.

Trolls Band Together was aired only on two or three malls here in my hometown Surabaya due to the franchise itself is considered less popular in Indonesia so it got lesser places to watch but it got 5 times airing time, from 12 pm to 8 pm.

I tried to watch as many times as possible if I thought the movies were great before it replaced by next upcoming movies. But if I thought the movies were not good enough, it will be only one time watch and never watch that movie again.

@Anti-Matter I am smiling at this, you've seen the movie more than I have. I've seen Trolls Band Together four times.

First time was early access (DreamWorks decided to do a special screening of the movie on the series anniversary) by myself. The second time was opening day, and the Saturday after with my friend. Then another showing the Monday after Thanksgiving by myself.

Glad you love the movie.

@MarioLover92 Alrighty. Also I should clarify when I said "I don't play ranked," the exception to that is Gameloft games like Asphalt and Disney Speedstorm as the only multiplayer in them are "ranked." Though rank in Gameloft games have more to do with with rewards you receive at the end of a season.

The next upcoming movie that caught my attention is Migration by Illumination.
Considering Illumination had done Super Mario Bros movie very well, I really hope Migration will deliver interesting stuffs to watch.

@Anti-Matter I've seen the trailer to Migration all four times I've seen Trolls Band Together, and it grew on me. It looks cute and fun. Hopefully I'll get to see it after Christmas too.

Will probably get a Migration cup for my drink as checking AMC's website, they're doing cups similar to Trolls Band Together. I loved having my Viva cup while I was watching the movie, made it feel more special.

@Sunsy
My first plan about Trolls Band Together was watching them for 2 times if thought the movie good enough and I ended up by watching them until five times because the musics were so great. 😊
I heard a rumour there will be Trolls 4 movie in the future. Also, I found some deleted scenes compared from the first trailer and actual movie such as the interaction of BroZone when still young with the audiences like Baby Branch winking, the Brozone made some cheerleader formation, the removed sound bites "You Suck!" from second trailer when BroZone get into trouble during performance.
Btw, BroZone itself sounds like BoyZone, right?
BoyZone is another 90's Boy Band.

@Anti-Matter I'm glad you love the music.

Yup, according to the director, Trolls 4 is ready to go (to be worked on obviously, the movie isn't made yet). At least according to this article. Once it gets greenlit by Universal of course. I've already seen fans asking for a fourth movie.

It was a teaser trailer, they do that with the Trolls movies, I remember Trolls and Trolls World Tour had some minor differences in their trailer vs. the final movie. In fact the "You suck!" is from Trolls World Tour. Worth noting, the scene where Poppy says "I know you think it's risky and maybe it is," she said this to Viva. In the second trailer however, it looks like she's saying it to Branch.

Didn't know that, I thought of BroZone because the band was made up of brothers.

Mom and I saw Noelle and we loved it. It's a sweet, feel-good Christmas movie that has a nice story attached to it, and a few of the lines even made me laugh. It's on Disney+ if you'd like to see it!

@Tyranexx Oh gotcha, that's cool. I don't think my school taught C#, but instead C++, so that's why I took that. Oh that's right, learning by doing works great for me as well. Lectures are good for setting us on track for sure, but when we get to actually doing stuff, that's when we really learn, I think. That's cool, that was the first OS I remember using. I was about 5 years old when we had our first PC so it was quite an experience. We had a good number of games/programs for it, too.

That'd be cool, hope you enjoy whatever game you get to next. I've played the original DS version of Bowser's Inside Story long ago and it's really good, so I do recommend it. I can't speak for that Radiant Historia game though, but I would imagine it would be another good one. Oh that's cool, I've been meaning to get more into PC gaming, there's quite a few games on Steam that I should get more time into.

As for MK8D, that's fine. Yeah it helps to know a lot of its courses well. I think the Tour courses can be quite a bit more challenging than most Mario Kart courses in many cases, since they all change routes at some point. I think I know a decent amount of shortcuts, I can do the ones in Ribbon Road pretty well. Lol, I'm thankful I'm not the only one who makes those green shell fails! Sometimes I get way too cocky with them. The green shells go so fast after they're thrown, too.

@Sunsy Aw that's awesome. I should've mentioned that I don't actually have garland, last I knew anyway. That's why we haven't used it for our tree. Agreed on the Rosalina tree topper. They make angel ones, so why not Rosalina? Let's have a Luma next to her for good measure. That does sound like a nice train set, and yeah, that wrong sound clip bit does sound a bit weird, lol... not even part of the Frosty the Snowman theme song, huh? I wonder if Tom Hanks is actually a fan, lol. My Mickey Mouse train is also from Lionel, with voice clips like "all aboard the Mickey Mouse Express!" It sounds like Goofy is saying those lines, too.

Agreed for sure... I'll have to look into Turning Red at some point. That's cool, I actually used to have a Sonic themed bed long, long ago. I was 12 years old back when I had one.

Oh yeah same here, I've always liked the idea of playing games online with those who are far away from us. Though, I wouldn't be into online games until the DS. I wasn't allowed to play M-rated games like the Halo series, because I was just too young. So I didn't play stuff like Halo 2 back in its heyday. But I did play Mario Kart DS online a few times, and when I got Mario Kart Wii, I played its online even more. I sometimes play time trials as well. In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, I recently posted my 150cc time trial record for Merry Mountain if you're interested in seeing it. I did some other courses in the DLC as well, but not all of them yet. As for roguelikes, I have Enter the Gungeon on Steam, it's a pretty fun game. As for ranked modes, yeah I started playing the ranked battles in Splatoon 3 fairly recently. I played the other modes for a good while now, so I figured it'd be a good time to break out of my comfort zone with the ranked battles. Mario Kart's online can be considered ranked as well, depending on how well you've placed in each race.

I like your new ornaments! I especially like the Genesis one.

Yeah, I guess weddings tend to be like that... I've been to my uncle's wedding and there was a lot going on over there as well. Tons of people, and loud music. I remember that I was getting tired near the end, too... we've pretty much spent an entire day at that wedding. You probably did start that trend, lol!

On the drawing, thank you! Really happy with how it turned out. Toad looks adorable with his train hat and scarf, huh? I went ahead and drew the train controls inside, too.

Don't say the name of Burger in front of the Trolls, because they will think it is Bergen. They are afraid with Bergen creatures.
Just call it Meat Circle.

Hey so my brother gave me on of his ps2's (along with a beat up sticky controller) does anyone here know any good cozy games like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley for the ps2?

@EllaTheQueen6 She didnt, right?

Cozy games like AC or Stardew? The first thing I can recommend would be Harvest Moon games. Save the Homeland is not that popular and there is a much better version Hero of Leaf Valley on PSP, but you might want to check out Wonderful Life and above all - Back To Nature.

One thing you should take into consideration - ps2 is backwards compatible with psx which unlocks marvelous possibilities.

Also:

  • The Sims
  • Gta Vice City
  • Croc
  • Klonoa
  • Spyro

Dont hesitate to ask for any game I am pretty knowledgable about that era of gaming. The main problem is that except for Harvest Moon there is not much there for "casual gamers" aka cozy games. It was a different period where most games were about tight gameplay
