I’ve been taking a break from the site for the most part. Mostly using discord, since I find it easier to use. Kinda have to stick to one or the other since both at the same time can get overwhelming.

Them's Fightin' Herds got even worse treatment. There was only the 1st chapter of the story and after nearly 2 years of making DLC characters instead of making the content that was actually paid for, the devs literally said "f u for buying our game" and cut the project. They also cut it right where it was getting good and my favorite character was going to be the protagonist.
Bring me the sesame, miso, citrus and pepper flavored fish cakes

@MarioLover92 Earlier programming classes can be easier depending on the instructor and material covered, but not always. Even basic logic classes can be intense. I've always liked what I learned of C languages, though I'm most familiar with C#. C++ is fun but would require a major refresher now. There are plenty of good open source ways to learn programming and game design online thankfully.
I bet that was Shovel Knight: Plague of Shadows. I've heard that's fun but even more difficult. So I've steered clear. If I'd really liked the base game, I probably would've invested in the others. As for Fire Emblem Echoes I highly encourage you to keep going with that one. It's one of my favorite FEs to date.

I'm just sensitive to that thing because I had a nasty one that would make the train go either too slow or too fast. And trains are delicate ladies, they need to go their own pace!
As for the tree, we had something like that as well. It was a kind of a stick with holes for whole branches. It was pretty convenient, you just had to buy a couple of real pine branches.
I always go for real pine trees, the scent is something you cant describe with words. It is the scent of Christmas. The "stick with branches" solution smells the same.
Haha, lol! Ah gotcha, I guess they use bluetooth or something? That's understandable, you definitely don't want the train to go off the tracks by accident... you're totally right, they're delicate ladies for sure! Same applies to real life, we don't want runaway trains now, do we? I've been on train rides in real life as well... in an amusement park and in a railroad museum. They were fun.
All righty, cool. It's that evergreen scent, huh? That's a pretty good scent for sure, so I do understand why you'd want a real tree. We've had those faux branches for a long, long time as well.
Also random question, what kind of Switch games you like playing, if you have a Switch? I've been playing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with a few friends on here and it's my favorite game to play online. I saw that you liked Super Mario Bros. Wonder upon seeing your NL profile's game collection. I've finished SMBW and it's such a good game... it's my personal game of the year!
@Tyranexx I've learned C++, but not C# since my school didn't have it IIRC. I remember C++ being mega overwhelming when I was learning it. Good to hear, I think I recall referring to a website that showed everything for C++ if I wasn't looking at the mod notes.
Yep you're right, it was Plague of Shadows. OK sweet, I'll definitely try to find the time to play more of Echoes... I remember liking from what I've played of it. It's been a decent while since I've played my 3DS. Good games from our Mario Kart session, by the way!
