@Moffo Nah, if it was early Oct, I was probably here. Just was a bit quiet round that time, couldn't really think of anything to say. Greeetings anyway.
Currently playing: Metal Gear Solid
Back burner: Hollow Knight, Undertale
@Moffo Ah yes, the age old problem of having too many games and not enough time. I feel ya. I think Star Rail is paid for PS5 though (for some stupid reason) so I'm only playin it on PC, contrary to Genshin. The best thing with PS5 is no loading times but it doesn't matter all that in Star Rail since it's pretty small in terms of maps.
Bring me the sesame, miso, citrus and pepper flavored fish cakes
@Moffo I get it. Although now everything is like 100 gb, so everything clutters the PS5. Except for games I like, which are miraculously like 1 to 10 gb (indivisible, hm back to nature, etc). Older games are the best, you can have an infinite amount of them on modern systems.
Maybe I looked at some paid version with fast leveling items DLC or something.
@Moffo aaah, yes, one of the best characters from early game, a fire healer. He's gonna be easy to get, often appears in limited banners. I never used him so I don't know if he's still viable but Genshin is very easy, you can build any character and have fun with them. The only trick to him is not to add the last Constelation (something you get for getting the same character, it adds some abilities)
@MarioLover92 yeah, also a lego set loses 90% of its worth when opened. I will never sell it but it's a psychological barrier. Trains are great, I have no idea why they fit in Christmas spirit, but they... do! You have more of them? That's super neat. Do you do that thing with a toy train riding on tracks around the Christmas tree? I swear I'm getting a set to do this!
I actually do, yeah! I'm a proud child at heart... I love having my train chug around the tree. <3 My train has a remote that controls how fast it moves along the tracks, too! That's awesome, you go for it. I have another Christmas-themed Disney train beside the one you saw previously, which just has an on/off switch. On the Legos, oh gotcha. I have a few Mario-themed Lego sets myself. I've put together the one that's themed after Super Mario 64, and another that is Peach's castle. Those were fun to put together and I love seeing the finished results.

Favorite games: Super Mario 3D World, Animal Crossing: New Horizons
Playing: Hollow Knight
Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
My avatar is now more linked in "toon" with the season.
@Sunsy I experimented with different occupations in the Oregon Trail games. Namely to mess around with difficulty lol.
That completely makes sense; that's why I try to be "picky" when it comes to sugary things since I'd rather it be something I truly like and/or don't get often. I like many forms of cookies, though I dislike sugar cookies; they're either too sweet or too plain and taste like cardboard. It's hard to complain about brownies at all. XD Some of it is I do like trying new things too.
@MarioLover92 Programming can get frustrating sometimes; this is why it's best to switch gears to something else (if possible) or take a short break. Coding can get pretty overwhelming sometimes, but that was good advice: taking it one step at a time. Mistakes are part of the game; the trick is learning how to sit with and work through them. I don't expect half of what i do at work to fully work as intended sometimes. Practice, experience, checking, and testing your work is essential.
Outside of a required class for a college program I was in, I've never had any formal art classes or training. It was a route I wanted to go VERY early on when I was a kid, but I became way more attracted to other interests and careers before long. Some of it was/is a patience thing; I can get easily frustrated when something isn't turning out how I'd like.
The spikes in old-school platformers. So. Much. Uuuuuugggghhh. Even sneezing on them is bad news. That wasn't an element I was too happy to revisit in Shovel Knight: Shovel of Hope. I enjoyed the game overall, but some sections were insanely frustrating. I don't think MMBN4's tournament plot was as good as in 3, but it was still a fun concept. I didn't dislike MMBN5's liberation missions, but there are much better SRPG implementations. That was my first soft introduction to the genre at the time. MMBN6 Falzar is pretty good, but I prefer Gregar for the Link Navis and general abilities available. I also have a wolf bias. XD I could go into more detailed explanation about that ranking, but then I'd be here for a LONG time. XD
@Tyranexx
Ooh, Santa Toon Link. (Looking at your current avatar).
The only (sorry...) Zelda games I have are Wind Walker Wii U and Triforce 3DS.
And yet I still haven't finished the games. 😅
Y'all I'm still alive.
Dunno how often I'll be here talking, probaly not as much as I was. I got myself into a lot of trouble and so opportunities to talk will come less and less. I'll be talking like I was eventually though!
Giiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Murin!
