@Sunsy Don't worry, I definitely got your meaning. I used handheld gaming units on the bus too when I didn't want to (or couldn't concentrate on) reading, listen to music, or couldn't focus on studying. I've played the regular and Deluxe versions of the first Oregon Trail and much prefer the latter. Not sure if I ever beat Oregon Trail II, but I do recall it being hard. Oregon Trail III ironically took three discs to play in total; I knew that game like the back of my hand. It was really cool to watch someone beat a game!
I'd like to give Sim City 2000 a try at some point, if only because I do like simulation types of games...though I do try to stay away from them some of the time now since they can be really addicting. Not sure how many hours I sank into some of the older Rollercoaster Tycoon and Zoo Tycoon titles back in the day. XD As for Chex Quest, I've heard of it but not played it. It does seem highly regarded! If you're interested, there's still plenty of footage out there of that old PC Clue game my school had.
(Gotta admit that I don't recall it being as glitchy as in the video....)
@MarioLover92 I highly dislike public speaking. I've had to take a couple of speech classes in my time and, while I achieved decent grades, I absolutely hated presenting and had to rehearse a TON in advance. I also had to sadly speak at my high school graduation. No, imagining the audience in their underwear doesn't help me since they're still there lol. I know enough German to probably manage to get by for as long as I was there, past that though....I do know some words and phrases in other languages, and I've been exposed to Spanish enough that I can sometimes get the idea of a written phrase or sentence. It's listening to a language spoken that's the hardest for me.
I can't imagine trying to drive in NYC and would probably rely on public transportation if I do visit; I've heard traffic is a nightmare and that it has more than its fair share of rude drivers...who I admittedly don't respond well to. I do like to be quite adventurous when traveling, especially if it's an area I might not ever get to again. May as well see what I can!

@Moffo buddy it’s alright! We did this for fun! It’s nothing against you whatsoever! We all had to pick one over the other! And rmemeber like ten people participated it’s not like the whole site did. You did nothing remotely wrong buddy.

I still feel kinda guilty for choosing Frye in the first-year anniversary Splatfest. I honestly thought the question was who would be the best leader of the city, and I chose her because she’s chaotic, and the city’s based on Chaos winning the then-final Splatfest in the last game. I would’ve picked Shiver, because I kinda like her the most (and isn’t she the first to speak at the beginning of every newscast?).
I spent the whole day wondering if my computer just couldn’t run Madden, but through my research I have found that EA is lazy and poorly optimized the game (shocking, I know.) My specs are all above recommended, aside from cpu. Although it is above minimum and barely below recommended. And people with much stronger setups than me have the same issues. I got the game to run decent, but still a hassle to play a mediocre game.
All this to say that EA sucks.

@blindsquirrel
It's EA anyway.
I'm not surprised.
Used to be EA = Challenge Everything.
EA Now = Ruin Everything.
Even the franchise I like such as The Sims 4, EA keep milking The Sims 4 to death with never ending DLC stuffs.
@Anti-Matter
Yup, EA screws up nearly everything it touches nowadays. The only reason I buy Madden is because it’s the only NFL game on the market. Now that 24 has next gen features I probably will skip the next couple of years.

@Kermit1 Since I saw it dubbed to Latin American Spanish, it didn’t dawn on me it was him until later when I remembered he was supposed to be in the movie, and then I made the connection.
I was too busy looking at the lawyer having a crisis… To be fair… He totally steals the scene.
@Anti-Matter The music was about as good as you’d expect. The movie had a lot of “boy band” references. Also lots of interesting textures and usage of other toys as characters and environments.
It had an interesting amount of references to psychedelic substances and 60’s culture.
I never saw the second movie, but this one seems to be directly connected to the first one only.
About to finally tackle this monster of a LEGO set, wish me luck guys 👍

No can do, one sister obsessed with Christmas is okay.
But yeah, Christmas can get overbearing. I actually tried the whole Christmas after Halloween thing once, or more accurately spent a lot of time with my sister that year. By the time December came along I was tired of the holiday and could care less. Luckily I got over it by around the 20th.

My plan starting on the Sunday after my birthday this year (which is after Nov. 10), I’m going to the bank once a week to withdraw money, so by my next birthday I should have…what’s $20 times 52?
