Whitney’s Milltank is terrible. I get it down to where one more attack will kill it and then attract takes place. Then every one of my Pokémon stare with google eyes as they get stomped into the ground.
It's Peach! Yeah, many do like Trolls. I'll never understand why cartoon and movie guys on YouTube hate the movies. YouTube and Twitter is like the only places I've seen hate towards Trolls, other places, people are cool with it or if they don't like it, they don't go to extreme I've seen those on YouTube go. I think you'd like the movie. Trolls does start out silly and happy, but as the movie goes on, there's a lot of heart to it. It's hard to say without spoiling the movie. If you have Netflix, the first Trolls movie happens to be on there right now. Also with Christmas coming up, I think you might like Trolls Holiday In Harmony, the second holiday short. It has more in common with Christmas than the first Trolls Holiday.
Yeah I was surprised at how the whole course looked and the music was great. That I do know, I remember hearing it when finally reaching Bowser. Could never beat him because kid me at the time had no idea how to toss items upwards, lol. Adult me now knows how to do that.
Yeah, it was impressive given Game Boy only had four shades of grey. I still haven't gotten the expansion pack, I'm still waiting to see what else appears on the service before upgrading. Right now a lot of the GBA games I have I can play on Wii U or my original GBA. It wasn't the color looking somewhat off, it was more like the sprites had some visual glitches to them when played on a GBC. It's hard to describe unless you see it. It looks like the character sprites, have odd pixels on them that weren't present when playing on an old B&W Game Boy.
I would have loved to see Beauty and the Beast in a theater. For some reason, it was shown at an AMC like couple towns away, vs. my local one that's like 10 minutes away. I went to Trolls Band Together early access at that theater, while Frozen and Beauty and the Beast were like an hour away. I know this because I use to pass that theater on the way to school when I was a teen, and even went there on a school trip a few times (saw Disney's Dinosaur and Radio with my school).

Yep! I've been playing as Peach quite often in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. I like playing as her in Super Mario 3D World, too. So I wanted to have Peach in my profile picture on both Nintendo Life and my Switch profile. I love her jumping pose, too!
Yeah... YouTube and Twitter are, once again, kind of filled with negativity in general, I find. On a side note, I actually stopped using Twitter a while back for that reason. There's quite a lot of toxic posts and comments, which isn't good for my mental health, so I left the platform. All righty, thanks! I'll check them out when I get a chance.
Aw gotcha, that's good to hear. I can see how that threw you off at the time, since Super Mario World was the first game that let you throw items upward. I like how Bowser drops those bowling balls from his clown copter... how do they fit with Bowser and the Mechakoopas on board? lol
Gotcha, that's understandable. There's a decent amount of GBA games on there right now, but I think it could use quite a bit more. We're still waiting for F-Zero: Maximum Velocity and Golden Sun, we know those games are coming. But I'd also like to see stuff like Metroid: Zero Mission, WarioWare: Twisted, and the Sonic Advance trilogy. (I'd still love to play Sonic Advance's multiplayer with you, if those games happen to come out!) Maybe even Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald, if Game Freak is willing to have those on NSO+EP. There's a healthy amount of Nintendo 64 games at least, they recently released Mario Party 3 on the N64 catalog.

Me too. Huh, gotcha... I guess I had it worse then. I seriously would've loved to see those classic Disney movies on the big screen, but it just wasn't feasible. A 3-hour drive would've been pretty taxing, as well. I guess it's not all bad... I still have Beauty and the Beast on blu-ray and Disney+. It's a movie that I'm especially proud to own on blu-ray. That's cool, one of my local theaters is actually across the college I used to go to. I got to see the live-action Beauty and the Beast remake over there, and later on, Frozen II and The Super Mario Bros. Movie. Pretty soon I'll likely be seeing Wish over there, too.
Thanks! I'm glad you like my idea. I also happen to enjoy trains, that's one reason why I came up with that idea of Peach on the Merry Mountain train. I like having my Mickey Mouse holiday train set around my Christmas tree, too. Hopefully I'll begin drawing pretty soon.

Yes, plenty of times, whether it's an animated movie or show. Most recently, I cried during Trolls Band Together. Other times it was various Disney movies, and even anime. I consider it a good thing since it means you're emotionally invested into a show or movie.

Yeah. Honestly, the video I saw wasn't even a good "review" (using that word loosely), the TL;DR of it was "Trolls Band Together bad, Barbie movie good." Like the video was just used to trash on one movie, and put the other up on a pedestal. Then at the end, guy proceeds to attack someone for liking Trolls. See what I mean they take it to the extreme. Not a simple "I didn't like this movie because..." and there wasn't a focus on the movie itself, but rather another movie. Kinda like console wars, but for movies. It's ok, I use to use Twitter, and left for the same reason too.
Hope you enjoy Trolls when you see it. Remember, the Christmas special is called Trolls: Holiday In Harmony, it's the better holiday special between the two Trolls holiday specials that exist. At least in my opinion anyway, I don't hate the first Trolls Holiday, but the second feels more like a Christmas special. Remember, the series does appear silly, but has a lot of heart going for it.
Yeah, I couldn't figure out how to throw items up, or fly. I always went up in the air, then crash down, lol. I can do those moves now. I remember in the pipe in Donut Plains with the coins up in the air, I use to go up and down with the cape.
I would say the only thing keeping me from the Expansion Pack is the lack of Sonic Advance games. I really want to play them on something other than an actual GBA. I hope Sonic Battle comes to it, I always liked playing that game. I discovered Metroid Zero Mission on my Wii U a few years back too. I sometimes wonder if they're saving the Pokemon stuff for an anniversary or a special occasion. We did get Pokemon Red, Blue, and Yellow for an anniversary.
Mine are mostly the cartridges. I have a lot of GBA games, that I actually bought an extra AA-battery powered GBA just to have it on the side should my SP stop working. Three hours, wow, that's far. The furthest I've been to a movie was like an hour away. Same, I have them on Blu-Ray and Disney+, in Frozen's case, DVD because I had that long before I had a Blu-Ray player. Though I did start getting DVD/Blu-Ray combo packs for movies before I had one mostly because it was just cheaper than buying a DVD now, and buying the movie again on Blu-Ray later on. I had a decent Disney Blu-Ray library by the time my mom got a Blu-Ray player. The only live action remake I saw in theaters was Aladdin. The last Disney movie I saw in theaters was Frozen II. Last few animated movies I've seen in theaters were not Disney, they were Super Mario, Ruby Gillman, and Trolls. Enjoy Wish when you see it.
Sounds nice, that reminds me, I need to try and get my tree up and ready to get decorated. So far I just did the outdoor lights because we had a nice day and I didn't want to be putting them up in the cold, lol.
@JONOFTHEJONS it's absolutely not. And it doesn't mean anything wrong. I am bad at showing my emotions (especially positive ones, partially because of how I was treated when I did in the past) and I know I somewhat lack empathy. Not entirely, but I often find myself strangely unbothered by some things that should bother me, and I know it's not how I should feel.
But at the same time - who is to say what a person should feel? It doesn't depend on us, we react according to feelings, we repress them, show them or deal with them, but we can't change whether we feel them or not, if that makes sense

I had a curious dream that stuck out with me tonight. Basically I dreamed that I had a little creature that looked kinda like the person from a certain creepy pasta about sleep deprivation, but at the size of perhaps a small cat. It wasn’t exactly a pet but it would basically come over whenever I had candy or snacks and be creepy until I shared some with it.
It would often hang out in shadowy corners or appear out of nowhere like a typical horror game jumpscare, and we were generally creeped out by it, but we knew it meant no harm and it even took naps next to us after eating.
Oh and it had a name, for some reason it was named Benjamin. Ben for short.
