Does anyone remember a YouTuber called TrainBoy54? I used to watch him a LOT as a child.
You only need to know about my many obsessions, which consist of Lego, Fortnite, Nintendo, PlayStation and Xbox games, drawing on my Tablet, Dragon Ball Z, My Hero Academia, Thomas The Tank Engine, Star Wars, and Ninjago.
@Moffo Is your avatar supposed to be a humanoid Volcarona? Because it looks really cool!

@Moffo yeah it’s been a conspiracy since day one and we have played right into bob’s hands and allowed him to take all the power for himself. Only one option is left we must rally an army and crush him
I just got buries alive, why would I do that if someone literally just buried me alive???
Sounds like a sufficient motive for revenge to me.

@Snatcher its just the song that all the soldiers know so they sing it while marching. Really shows that these are just kids who had to grow up too quickly
@Princess_Lilly aaaaaaaah! That’s sad, and that honestly works really well for the movie assume, to convey what you just told me. Thanks! Also what the heck kermit! I have been tricked again! Darn you kermit! Darn you! shakes fist in the air

I would just like to point out that Humble Bundle currently has a bundle with all the Arkham games, Injustice 2, Gotham Knights, 2 Mortal Combat games, and more. It costs 15$ for every game included.

@Sunsy well no you don’t have to thank anybody like I said this is your superbowl something you’ve spent the last year thinking about you deserve happiness for the next few days
I can say as someone who is increasingly apathetic towards the genere moon girl is a refreshing shot in the arm because of how unique it is. I’ll admit I’ve been meaning to watch Power puff girls because of gennedy tarvoskis role in it Granted it won’t be like primal which is why I love his work but I’m curious about whar he did before he (and I swear this is a complete coincidence) made his own moon boy and Devil dinosaur rip off. I know seasons 3-10 of the simpsons are like the best tv in history and I really do wanna watch them so thanks for the suggestion. I also know just how great thier haloween episodes get. My sister loves KOTH every one else not so much. I have been slowly but surly trying to get everyone more into “mature animation” to middling success. My next go at it will probably be invincible or fionna and cake I’m not sure which. The first 3 character driven seasons of family guy are great eveything after it is mostly brainless
Oh no characters too defininely. Ignoring a few examples there are just these really amazing shows and movies like avatar, sucession or over the garden wall I just can’t watch because of how stagnant and one dimensional it’s characters are. But I’ve found good characters and character arcs can carry a bad plot. As long as i like a character I can stay engaged no matter how mundane or messy the plotline is. For instance I always liked amphibia but what truly made it one of my favorite things of all time is how much I related with marcy. An awesome character I wish I could have looked up to growing up. And I’m really glad that trolls turned out to be great escapism for you. We all need that sometimes
Similarly, my friend called it our WrestleMania, lol (he's looking forward to the movie too). Did Trolls Holiday today, posting about the specials in the movie thread because they're canon to the movies, and use the same actors, animation, etc. Will watch Trolls World Tour tomorrow.
Nice. Yeah, Powerpuff Girls classic is great, even though many didn't like the 2016 reboot. Personally, I liked both the original and reboot, actually, watched the reboot via CN's app (usually the free unlocked episodes at the time). Simpsons was really good during those days. I think the last time I saw them was when I was messing with an antenna and a DTV converter box (anyone remember those? O.o), after getting rid of cable. I had no idea what was going on in the episode. At least your sister is into KOTH, and hope those other shows work.
Cool, I still need to see Amphibious. I keep forgetting I can watch these on Disney+. Similarly, characters I like often have positive traits that I just like, like caring for others, or being friendly, and so on. Indeed, it's funny really since Trolls World Tour helped during the pandemic too, but for the first, I had a lot of worries on my mind, and it helped a lot after seeing it. Wish I could have seen it in theaters, at least I had a special showing of World Tour last summer, and the new movie coming out soon.
@Sunsy I think few people passed on playing video games during class lol. I've played the Oregon Trail games up through the third one I believe. As great as the SIM City games are however, I've never played those. The closest would be SIM Town, which was a more kid-friendly equivalent.
A lot of those SIM games could be used for learning in the right environment IMO. My favorite was SIM ANT. I learned a lot about the insect from that game. Last I knew it was still playable on Internet Archive.
Most cereal box games were junk, but there was actually a decent (for the time) PC version of Clue that I remember fondly.
Yeah, what I mean is, those old edutainment games were the closest thing to being able to play games in class. I did use a GBA and DS during my high school years, but mostly for the bus ride as my school was over an hour away. I went to a special needs private school because of my autism. Cool, I played up to the second one. The second Oregon Trail was a lot harder than the first. I'm still amused I beat the first Oregon Trail on Mac (didn't play the Apple II one). I still remember one kid in my class was near the end of the game... everyone in class stopped just to see her beat it, and the teacher was like ok with it, lol. I guess no one beat the game before, lol.
If you ever get GOG, give Sim City 2000 a try, it's one of the classic games and it runs on modern Windows using DOSBox. Interesting, I remember those other Sim games were advertised before. Yeah, sometimes you got something good out of a cereal box. Holy cow, Chex Quest. That was great too, like kid friendly DOOM. I also believe a fan made a fanmade sequel, Chex Quest 3, which awesomely got adopted officially by Chex years ago. I found the download on an official Chex site too.
The scary part about Chex Quest, loading up the original WAD from the CD-ROM in a DOOM source port, warping to a DOOM level, and fighting invisible enemies as their graphics were removed. Makes for a scary and weird way to play.
