Galacta Knight is not a Mary Sue, by virtue of being a personality-less magical being crated specifically to be defeated.

Mary Sue is perfect in every sense of the word.
Everybody warns to be friends (or more) with Mary Sue. Even the bad guys.
Mary Sue will excel at anything Mary Sue decides to try.
Mary Sue will have defects that are actually good or perfectly normal things.
Mary Sue is actually half angel, half demon, half changeling, half cosmic being, half royalty, half Vulcan, and sometimes full Time Lord.
Mary Sue will consume all the canon lore. Mary Sue will reshape reality.

It’s actually debatable on if Galacta Knight even exists since the director said that non-story modes are more “what if” situations.

I actually am trying not to go on TV Tropes as much as I used to.

I should point out that my boss character wouldn't be 100% invincible. He'd be defeatable, just not easily. That's why they call them "superbosses" after all.

2. More importantly I was worried they would butcher the character.
