@Professor_Plumber yeah I really liked him and Jeff (who quit 3 years ago, I see). PBG has similar tastes to mine, he likes Harvest Moon and Zelda, plus he's kinda funny, and his videos were always on point. Been years since I've acutally watched anything from him. Where did the time go?

Hey, do you guys know if I should be worried or not about any issues with my switch after it was exposed for 3 minutes near smoke?
I haven’t really seen any serious issues yet, but for some reason now when I charge stuff with my switch charger my devices warm up when they didn’t before.

@DiamondCore Hmmmmm, if it was just around smoke it should be fine. If it was smoking, however, I would replace it. But it has a cooling fan, and that should get all the smoke out. Was the Switch exposed to heat during the period it was exposed to smoke? Because if it was, it can't cool the system well if it's trying to fan out smoke too, and that might have fried the components. Though, I don't know why the charger would have any problems. Just replace the charger, it's probably just a cheap charger or something.

@DiamondCore wait why are you charging stuff with your Switch charger? If you noticed that it was only AFTER the smoke, something could be up, but I'm not good enough with smoke to tell you what.

@Princess_Lilly Nah, Seef will talk about the cow with you. And no, it can be spelled either Seif or Sayf (his name is sword in Arabic) I just say Seef because, well, that's how he spells it in his username. Sometimes, people also call him Seth. This can be for a few reasons. Soemtimes people wanna use a name more familiar to them, or they don't know how to pronounce Seif/Sayf. Like for example, Prez calls him Seth because that's just what his nickname was in the server they met in. I call him Seef because that's what's in his username. Seef doesn't really care whether you call him Seef or Seth or Seif or Sayf or just whatever really. I sometimes mock him by saying "Hey Seth" or "Hey Seif" because it's weird to him cause I call him Seef lol. I know how to pronounce his name and he knows how to pronounce mine, so voice chats don't get confusing thankfully. And no, don't worry, we're used to weird people. Heck, we are the weird people. Did I ever tell you we once had a conversation of how much Egypt has made from selling glass for about an hour? Like, seriously, you can be weird all ya want. As long as your name isn't Owl or Kermit. Seef's a nice person, he's friendly with just about everyone. Heck, he's friendly to people he absolutely hates. So yeah, you'll like him a lot. You guys will have fun talking about the aerodynamics of a cow.

@EllaTheQueen6 It was about 20 feet away from a isopropyl-alcohol fire, it was only exposed to the smoke from the fire, I didn’t notice any heat so I should be good then, thanks.

The charger is the one that came with the switch, not a cheap one by the way.
