@OwlHighway1Revisited great actually. I watched Legend of the guardians (Owl City made a song for this one) and Surf's Up for the first time since aons ago (this one has a splendind soundtrack overall), so I'm generally in pretty high spirits.

And how are you?

@Princess_Lilly awesome! That song has been trending on Spotify lol (such an underrated movie lol).

Pretty good, the weather's been hot, so that's nice.

@OwlHighway1Revisited yeah I actually think most animated movies from 2000s are underrated. Surf's up (which has a GREAT storyline and writing), Guardians, Treasure Planet (that was supposedly sunk by Disney on purpose), etc.

Yeah it's pretty nice, you can feel the summer. So you like hot weather?

@Princess_Lilly The 2000s was such a good time for original ideas, then studios found a safe bet on sequels and remakes and reboots and reunions.

I'm Canadian, we were not built for hot weather, I'm wearing sweatpants (not a great choice for the heat).

@Snatcher Are you kidding I had to buy that on DVD for myself along with James & the Giant Peach and The Emperor's New Groove. I'm planning on watching them with my mom this weekend.

@OwlHighway1Revisited Which is weird because the Disney Sequel phase begun in the 90s, like Lion King 2 (actually good) and other things ending with two that were supposedly not that good.

Then we had 2005 - 2010 with great movies and TV shows and then... I have no idea why but why did all the screenwriters and directors disappear in 2011? Everything went to ruins in seconds, movies and shows are literally unwatchable.

@Snatcher I mean it didn't make a lot of money because of Disney infighting. They set it up for failure for some reason

@Princess_Lilly That’s such a shame! The music is so good! And that scene where the protagonist pretty much gets a new shot at a dad, I love it, such a well animated film and it sucks that they were set up for failure like that. Kinda surprised too, as I kinda just thought it was one of those movies that were popular like emperors new groove and such.

All three of those films are amazing! And it’s kinda crazy because I don’t hear about the, too often! I need to see James again because it’s been a wile and well, emperors new groove is one of my favorite Disney movies! I hope she enjoys them!

Also what are your guys favorite Disney films since we are kinda on the topic, Hercules has got to be my favorite, it probably will be overthrown one of these days, but as of now it’s my favorite, kinda tied with Tarzan ngl lol.

@DanijoEX These are all such bangers! You have a great taste in Disney movies! But I have a confession to make, I have never seen, dinosaur ever, in my life.
