Of course. Staying home, eating cheese, that’s the life!

Even if nobody else likes my drawings, I still consider them masterpieces.

That is a fine way to look at your creations.

For me it is 50/50.

I LOVE creating things and I enjoy the process and the effort I put in them but that is only 50% of the joy. The other 50% comes from people who react to my art/creations.

Art should be associated with a ladder. With each new creation you become better and better and you should keep that strive

@OwlHighway1Revisited gotta pay the bills with them roles.

It was a quiet, calmingly cool evening. Eric Roberts lied on his soft, comfortable sofa, listening to distant buzzing of cicadas hidden in the waving grass. Before his eyes, he held a massive notebook filled with roles from his agents. "This is cringe, but duck it, it will pay the bills", he muttered, crossing one of the scribbles with a red pen, blissfully unaware that the role of the "dancing strawberry" in newest musical "the cake of our lives" is to be taken much more literally than he would have liked it to.

@Professor_Plumber I am really hopeful for vr one day it’s our next step in immersersing ourselves in video games. It won’t be perfect however as vr is an accessibility issue so I do not believe we will evere abandon the sceeen/controller setup. Even something as minor as motion controls alienated many Nintendo fans. I do hope vr does become a larger alternative however
@OwlHighway1Revisited well enjoy yourself on discord then. I am not abandoning this site because of a self inflicted incident that happened 7 months ago

This is quite a nice article on VR and accessibility
https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/voices/virtual-reality-h...

Maybe a combination of VR and hardware controllers might cover all bases.

Didn't the Wii sell something like 101 million units?

You would hope that, as a rather recent technology, easily-available VR will become increasingly accessible at a faster rate than traditional controllers. But yes, that is definitely to be seen.

And yeah, good point about the Wii, although maybe more of a case about a highly vocal minority?
But it does allow me to say, No true Nintendo fan puts sugar on their GameCube controller.

(which I think is technically a dig at you, but I was tickled that I came up with that, so isn't meant in the spirit of a jibe)

But!! If you are on about things being applicable to all, then this may be interesting

Ah, Ryan Trahan. I got hooked on him for about a week and then ran out of stuff to watch. By the time he posted again I was out of the mood.
