@Professor_Plumber I have a hard enough time as it is trying to fall asleep. Music helps, and listening to rain (white noise) helps.

Wow I'm staying here for a while, people are acting like rabid dogs in the news' comment sections. Not even trying to reply to them, I know enough about bullying to know who to avoid

Bring me the sesame, miso, citrus and pepper flavored fish cakes

@ComfyAko Oh my god you get Madoka Magica on Netflix in your country? I get in on Hulu here in the US.
@TeaCatherine Nope
Also sorry for late replies, just got back from the mall. I'm now broke.

It needs to be the equivalent of the arctic in my room for me to fall asleep.

@Owl1 No all the plushies are expensive. I wanted a big Oshi no Ko posters, but they didn't have any. So I spent about 30 USD on a Fubuki figure, and about 10 USD on a blindbox Anya Forger keychain. Also the reason the keychain was 10 USD was because it was imported from Japan.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko
It’s kinda strange I need it so cold, since in every other scenario I hate the cold with a passion.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Nothing better than going on a shopping/browsing spree. (Clothes shopping trips are excluded because they're boring.)

@TeaCatherine I love shopping for clothes, cause it's a rare event for me. Pretty much doing anything that isn't in my house is fun, cause I'm always just here cause of bad neighborhoods and stuff. And yeah, even though I'm now broke, I am the proud owner of an adorable keychain and figure.

@Owl1 Ah, yeah, I love figures. And my mom calls them dolls and I get so mad when she does them, I'm like "Bro they're collectible fan items" I have 3 figures, a Tsukasa Yuzaki figure I preorderd back in 2021, a Chika Fujiwara figure I got at the mall a few motnhs ago, and the Fubuki figure I just got earlier.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Very rare for me as well. Partially 'cause I really don't care about my appearance so don't get rid of old clothes that much. Sorry, what's it a keyring of?

@ComfyAko Wait, Netflix is good for something?

@TeaCatherine It's a keychain of Anya Forger.

@Sunsy That's cool that GOG has that gifting feature, it's a nice feature to have for sure. Awesome to see your friend got into GOG that way.

I agree for sure, I've actually been hoping for Disney to rerelease stuff like Castle of Illusion on the Switch. I think they added The Jungle Book to their collection that has Aladdin and The Lion King, would be sweet to have stuff like the aforementioned Castle of Illusion, and the Magical Quest games that were on the SNES. We had Pinocchio as well, though we had the SNES version. I don't think I knew it came out on the Genesis until fairly recently.

Oh, gotcha. That's good you got it replaced.

Yeah, we both use it from time to time too. It's a handy feature when special occasions come up, or we want to just randomly gift each other a game.

Yeah it was, I saw an ad for it on GOG earlier too. I want to eventually get it since it has the SNES version of Aladdin I remember playing as a kid. I don't think I played much of the Genesis one, I have faint memories of renting it though. I'm glad they included both.

@Sunsy I didn't really mind the FLUDD mechanics once I got used to them. My main issues were the forced no FLUDD sections...some of those were painful. I wouldn't have minded them nearly as much if you weren't required to get the first seven Shines in each area to unlock the final encounter. I also experienced a couple of glitches such as Mario clipping through platforms when he shouldn't have. And he's still somewhat floaty/slippery in that game, which is one of my complaints with Super Mario 64 too.

I walked by the abandoned theater I mentioned today since I was playing Pokemon Go in our downtown area; I was out running an errand for Mother's Day tomorrow, plus I needed some fresh air after going crazy with Tears of the Kingdom on my day off yesterday. XD So sad that it's just sitting there...derelict. It's smack against other buildings in use though, so I doubt they'll level it unless it becomes a major hazard.

I see what you mean, I don't think I ever gotten that far in Super Mario Sunshine. I remember my brother played it a lot more. Yeah Super Mario 64's movement system was a bit hard at times. I was playing the Wii U version of it fairly recently, and had to get use to the original controls again.

That is really sad. IIRC, the reason the theater was closed was because it was sinking into the ground slowly, so they just left it abandoned. It never re-opened anywhere else or anything, they did suggest going to a sister theater. The one theater I saw Trolls World Tour in did close down, but for two months to replace seating and carpeting. Which is fair since it is almost a century old building.
