It’s hard for me to get excited for any upcoming projects from DC or Marvel. The only movies I really have any interest to see right now are Blue Beetle and The Flash. Even Flash is trending in the direction recent superhero movies have for me. I get excited when they are revealed, but once they come out I have no urge to go see them.

Forgot about that one for a second. I might go see it if I have time. From the trailers it looks good but ever since Love & Thunder, marvel hasn’t exited me that much. Plus Guardians 2 wasn’t my favorite MCU movie out there. But my sister and brother want to go see Guardians 3, so at the very least it will be a chance to hang out with them.

@Sunsy Ah, yes, thanks for reminding me! Ice seen that PSA regarding a mid-credits scene. I'm grateful most places haven't been too spoilery with that information. I hope to catch the 7 PM showing shortly (I'm on Central Daylight Savings Time).
@Eagly I was teasing regarding that ARMS reference lol. The game isn't for me but is a Switch hidden gem. The PC build will likely have to wait until next year if things pan out how I want. More on that eventually if the cards do fall into place. Nintendo is well-versed in milking, so believe me that the Switch will stick around for a bit even if a successor is announced.
I very rarely preorder for similar reasons. Honestly...with one exception, I have not disliked any official Zelda game I've played. I more than trust the series at this point, though I'll go over any multiplayer-centric spinoffs with a fine comb in the future. Long story short, I didn't care for Tri Force Heroes.
Exactly; watching characters grow and change to be a realistic version of a hero, instead of a sanitized, perfect version, is light years better and way more believable IMO. If Peacemaker is who I think they are, that was a VERY flawed character in The Suicide Squad. Shulk and Rex's emotions were very much human; many of us have been there at different points. Mythra would be another fine example to an extent, especially in Torna. She definitely grows in that game more than XC2 I'd argue, though it makes sense since she's "young" in a Blade sense. TBH as much as I like Pyra, Mythra was my fav of the two.
@MarioLover92 Thanks! My weekend was good, albeit very busy. Hoping to catch the Mario movie shortly, in fact.
I have tried the original Rainbow Road in Super Mario Kart since that game came as a code with my N3DS XL unit. That course was indeed narrow and frustrating lol. Then again, while I appreciate SMK for what it started, that game is very hard to play from a modern point of view. I don't think I've played any of the Wave 3 and 4 courses. Been awhile since I booted up MK8D.
Wait, you can play Super Mario 3D World with others online? I knew there was local co-op, but I didn't know you could play remotely too.
I imagine it would be super awkward to be in one of the forums here where it disables blocked users, and you see a user you blocked or that blocked you respond to you in said forum. That would be so cringey.
@TheBigBlue I think that exception only applies to some forum games, like the This or That thread. It makes it super clear in the thread the function is disabled.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
@Colonel_Mustache No it’s just hypothetical. I only have one person blocked because they destroyed me in an argument over whether Kirby games should be super difficult or not
