I bit the bullet and deleted my Reddit account. I’m still gonna use the site, but it will be a big stress relief not having to worry about getting into arguments about stupid things like politics.
I know I shouldn’t worry about peoples opinions on Reddit to much but point still stands.

@blindsquarel I haven't used a reddit account, but getting into serious arguments with people on the internet isn't my thing as well. Leaving the anxiety and worry that these kind of situations cause aside ( for me at least), i also feel it's rather unproductive.

Well that’s the interesting thing about megamind because DW is going all in on it and bringing back the original writers it’s quite possible that it will be a direct narrative continuation of megamind rather than say trolls TBGO where it is very much an appetizer for the main course trolls 3 megamind the show is effectively the megamind 2 people have been begging for. Whatever thier plans are for the show are though I just hope it’s good

Sounds great, especially if they're bringing back the original writers. I just wouldn't be surprised if they attempted to make any sort of connection to the movies since DreamWorks has attempted it in the past.

I'd love to get the Mario movie on blu-ray, too. I did hear it's up for preorders now, but I don't know if there's a concrete release date. I might even see it again in theaters, too. Ah gotcha, that's understandable. Me too, and can't blame you with what you chose to wear, too. I still remember what I wore, it was my Super Mario Odyssey t-shirt that I got from Nintendo when there was the Mario 35th anniversary. I wore my Club Nintendo Mario hat, too! I still have yet to see the Sonic movies, though. I should at some point. I'm more of a Mario guy myself, but I do still like Sonic, as well.
Gotcha, I'll definitely take your word for it on the Trolls movies. I might give them a shot at some point. Yeah I liked A Goofy Movie as a kid, too. That's something I'd like to revisit on Disney+ one of these days... it's been so many years since I've seen it!
That's awesome, glad Easter was good for you too. Cool, I remember reading the change when browsing the manual on Sonic Gems Collection, but I think the PC release called her Amy, as I had that version of the game first.
Yeah, I usually wait before I pre-order anything because there's no set date. Whether it's games or a movie, I'll wait anywhere from two weeks to a month before pre-ordering it. Just to be sure of the date. Peach was amazing in the movie, it made my shirt choice perfect. I even jokingly called it "The Super Princess Peach Movie" to my friend that day. Good pick for Mario Movie gear. The two Sonic movies were really good. Between Sonic and Mario, we've gotten some great movies so far.
Cool, hope you enjoy Trolls if you ever give it a shot. We have similar tastes to animated movies, I think you'd like it, especially the more heartfelt moments of the movies. I remember seeing A Goofy Movie when we still had Disney Channel. Now that I have Disney+ I should give it a rewatch one of these days.
@blindsquarel Coming from someone who has dealt with a few toxic subreddits, I'm going to suggest what @Link-Hero says and follow a smaller number of subreddits that interest you. I found it easier to unfollow the toxic ones.
Good example, I went to a DreamWorks subreddit because I like Trolls, left because everyone comes at you for saying anything good about Trolls, even though Trolls is a DreamWorks franchise and the sub is for DreamWorks Animation in general. Ironically, the Sonic subreddit is not toxic in my experience, which is surprising, and I like looking at it and sometimes posting in it.

@TeaCatherine I see. Also my insurance unfortunately does not cover contact lenses, sowhen we go to pick up my glasses I'll ask them about the price of contact lenses then I guess. I won't be wearing them all the time, just for cosplays and situations where I don't wanna wear glasses.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Yeah, makes sense, just don't end up so broke you can only afford one and have to wear an eyepatch on the other. Also, she managed to open it as soon as I posted that message so thankfully she won't have to get a refund for such a stupid reason.
