@TeaCatherine
That's fine.
I think I found the 8th XBOX ONE game candidate.
I think this case closed.
It will be only 8 games.
Thinking too much about XBOX games just made lost my focus on Nintendo and PlayStation games.
Happy Easter to anyone celebrating. Quiet Easter Day for me, played some Mortal Kombat X for the Bunny Day tower, and mom gave me a Trolls spring book, so that's cool.
@Sunsy I thought it would be weird if I gave you birthday wishes early, so instead I'm gonna be late
Happy birthday! May you have lots and lots of happiness, good health and all the good luck coming to you!
@Sunsy Glad you had a great birthday! Yeah from what I've played of Tails Adventure, I did like it. I should come back to it at some point, especially since I like Metroid games quite a lot. That's cool, you had the Game Gear way back in the day? The first time I played any Game Gear games was way back in Sonic Adventure DX. As for games having different stories across regions, I think I recall that Knuckles Chaotix had a different story in the US version. Something about Knuckles visiting Carnival Island, or something like that. For Sonic 2 on the GG, I used the level select code as well, I've done it to play through Green Hills Zone. (It's odd that it's not the first zone in the game...)
Agreed with you on the Mario movie! I'd love to get it on blu-ray when that comes out. I do like what they've done with Peach in that movie, as well. (Not gonna lie, I like playing as her in Mario Kart, too!) Yep you're totally right, I know what the Trolls universe is like now from that new trailer, lol. It does look like it's a charming movie for sure. No problem.
Yeah whenever you're free, no pressure. Sounds like a plan, have fun.
Gotcha, that's understandable. Nothing wrong with liking stuff that's more cute, there's a lot of stuff from Nintendo and Disney I'd consider cute, and I do like that stuff quite a lot. Out of all the Disney Afternoon cartoons, I think I've seen Chip 'n Dale and Goof Troop the most way back in the day. Most of the stuff I've seen from Disney were the animated movies.
Yeah, though I only had a few of the Sonic games. Sonic 2 which came with my Game Gear, Tails Adventure, Sonic Blast, and when Majeco was publishing Sega carts, Sonic Chaos and Sonic Spinball. Cool, I didn't know much about Knuckles Chaotix until later on. I also remember in the early Sonic CD manuals, they called Amy "Sally" in attempt to tie the cartoon series and games together. Early game storylines were certainly something.
I already want to get it on Blu-Ray/DVD, it was great and I want to show my mom, she has a hard time seeing in the dark, so she doesn't like theaters. I loved what they did to Peach in this movie. Makes me glad with my shirt of choice. It's a nice series, once you get past the silliness like the opening scenes in the movie, or Cloud Guy, there's a lot of heart in the Trolls movies.
Yeah. Surprisingly, I don't think I saw Goof Troop much as a kid, though I did see the Goofy movie years ago and liked it.
@Sunsy Sounds like a pretty great birthday celebration! And a busy one too. Glad you got to see the Mario movie; I'll skip on that thread for now since I haven't yet. Hopefully next week lol. Hard to say no to cake any time of the year!
Thanks! Enjoy the Mario movie when you go. Cake was good, my friend gave me a Trolls themed cake.

@Sunsy I absolutely find it hilarious that Mortal Kombat and Easter are used in the same sentence! I would have never made that connection, they are both polar opposite terms anyways
@TeaCatherine No no I shouldn't have. I don't really know what to say and end up saying things that upset people rather than making them happy. Knowing that, I shouldn't talk too much
@TheBigBlue Indeed, yeah the game Mortal Kombat X had a tower Easter themed. It was pretty crazy, there were exploding chicks and bunnies, and exploding eggs throughout the arena that damaged you and your opponent. There were baskets and chocolate bunnies to collect too. Really random, but made for an interesting way to play the game.

@Owl1 Allow me to give a quote from TV Tropes' "Hard Truth Aesop" page, in regards to the movie "Soul":
It is very possible, and even likely, that you don't have a purpose in life, and you may live a life that is completely ordinary and unremarkable. Even if there is some reason you were put on this Earth, no one's going to tell you what that is; either you need to discover it on your own, or forge it yourself—and there's always the possibility that it won't fulfill you the way you hoped. But that's all okay. If you enjoy your life, no matter how simple or small it may seem, it isn't a waste, and simply living can be reason enough for being alive.
I was just informed that monster energy drinks filed trademark complaitns against Pokemon and Monster Hunter over using the word "monster" and that is unironically one of the most hilarious things I read this month
Bring me the sesame, miso, citrus and pepper flavored fish cakes
