I know that song 'cause I like music from the 80s and 90s, sometimes even the 70s. I just found it funny that basically as soon as I stopped listening to it I saw it mentioned.

@TeaCatherine how much modern music do you listen to with the old stuff?

@Owl1 Mostly old music and soundtracks of anime and games. So, I don't know really.

So, I heard a lot of prejudice about Mario movie before aired such as didn't have the persona like games version or controversial cast choice like Chris Pratt. Peoples over there just being salty for not getting exactly carbon copy from video games but after the movie aired, I heard a lot of praise despite still I found the minority keep being salty and keep telling Nintendo & Illumination are suck.

So I wonder if the backlash from Little Mermaid live action movie will be turned into a big success once the movie get aired.
Peoples over there just too prejudice before watching the movie.
I understand the cast of Halle Bailey for Ariel was something different but if she can act good as Ariel I mean it doesn't matter their looking as light or dark skinned people.
Ariel as light skinned or dark skinned mermaid, both of them look great in my opinion.

Also, after I browsed from YouTube, looks like there will be more movies I want to watch from Disney Pixar, Dreamworks and Universal studios during this year. Some peoples said Disney is suck nowadays but for me Disney is still Disney, they have their own business and the upcoming movies whether the 3D animation by Pixar or live action movies are sometimes hit or miss and I just being neutral here. If I think some of their movies are good enough, I will watch them regardless of the unnecessary comments out there. Those peoples need to calm down.

@Sunsy Sounds like a pretty great birthday celebration! And a busy one too. Glad you got to see the Mario movie; I'll skip on that thread for now since I haven't yet. Hopefully next week lol. Hard to say no to cake any time of the year!

I like the general Rainbow Road designs - I agree that those courses are among the most visually appealing in the game - but most versions I've tried are difficult in some way lol. Not sure if I've tried Merry Mountain yet; was that in a newer DLC wave? As for my Wii experience...I unfortunately don't remember. I know we did try another course, but that was a LONG time ago.

I'd like to get to the Advance Wars remakes eventually, but the current games I have going, plus the looming juggernaut that is Tears of the Kingdom coming up, PLUS other games I'd rather play first...it'll be awhile lol. It's been roughly a decade since I last played Super Mario Galaxy, so the revisit is overdue. I'm not far in as I've only been playing in short spurts - busy week + weekend. I also have Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury to eventually get into as well.

I’m super close to just blocking Reddit on my phone. It has its uses, but most of it is absolute garbage.

Yeah, specific subs are fine, but everything else is just annoying. I’m gonna try to limit it to specific subs, but If that doesn’t help things I may just block the site entirely.

The tater tot is an underrated potato type.

@blindsquarel I only use the site for Movie News, Guides, memes. Sticking to specific subs is a good thing!

@Colonel_Mustache Hashbrowns, I’m telling ya! Largely an American thing, but it’s cheap in my piece of the world too so I have some occasionaly. It’s basically tater tots in pancake form.
