@ComfyAko But she wasn't even trying, she was just spamming arts, she wasn't using pouch items, she hadn't bothered with affinity charts, upgrading arts, cancelling and, heck, she hadn't even given people equipment.
Eh, fair enough. I mean in quite a few ways old games were better.

I didn't use pouch items too, to be honest. Cancelling is ultra fun in that game, I love it.
There are more than one way to have fun with a game and it's completely ok if someone doesn't bother to learn the game mechanics but wants to play through a story. There is nothing wrong with different kind of fun, so I think the way your sister played it was ok. I mean who am I to judge how other people should have fun.
I am taking great pride in being hopelessly stuck in the past

@Eagly@ComfyAko Am I a horrible person for changing the difficulty for my sister's save file in XC2 to normal from custom easy just before the final boss without telling her?
Depends. You were either trying to screw with her or trying to help her. Now, if you set it from normal to expert mode I still wouldn't be mad at you because it's something my brother or Seef would pull on me and I find it funny.

@ComfyAko I didn't first time round but some of the effects are really helpful in Bringer of Chaos mode, I love cancelling too. The thing is, she keeps complaining about the story and the only reason she's playing it is 'cause I bribed her to, so I figured she may as well have a challenge.

@TeaCatherine I read your post wrong. I say make it harder than normal.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Yeah, but if you have such a low amount of money, I figure you may as well.
Also, I wasn't trying to mess with her or anything I just feel there wasn't much point as she had it on the lowest difficulty possible, enemy heath set to minimum, enemy attack set to minimum, everything as easy as possible. I did think about setting it to hard for a joke but that would be wrong.

@TeaCatherine Ok, why do people set it to the lowest difficulty. My arms turned to noodles from trying to pass Final Boss-Chan on Expert mode nonstop a few weeks ago, but that don't mena I'm going to an easier difficulty. No, Ima go make my arms even more noodly.

@TeaCatherine Too many dialogues? Strange, I played the whole game and I thought it's just right on. And I'm a person who hates too many dialogues, in the new RE4 for instance, they don't shut up. Just like in most western AAAs where the writers have no idea how to convey a thought or to show - not - tell, and the result is a chatterbox game. XB2 isn't like that, though.
Just out of curiosity, have you heard of the Secrets of Mana, Trials of Mana?

@ComfyAko Yes, I have, my sister has whichever got a remake and she also has that SNES mini. Will reply to the other thing soon. @EllaTheKawaiiNeko I used to play things on normal but recently I realised you get much more satisfaction from beating things on the hardest difficulty possible. Good luck with FBC.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Yup, I want a job too but I keep spending my money on temporary things meaning I can't get a driver's licence or car meaning I can't get a job meaning I can get enough money for a driver's licence or car, etc, etc...

@TeaCatherine Ok. I have a recommendation for listening to this song. First, you listen to it without subtitles so you can question what the actual heck I sent you because of the visuals, and then you listen to it a second time but with subtitles and hen it all makes sense.
@EllaTheKawaiiNeko I honestly think it made less sense the second time around.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Hey, you have a point I bought the OST yesterday. (I've always wanted an OST CD and I've never bought any other merch in my life.) That said, I did make a vow yesterday to not spend anymore for a good while, goddang, why does it have to be so long 'til August.
Eh, I don't know, to be honest.
