Apparently there is a heavy blanket that is supposed to simulate the sensation of being hugged which is beneficial to you

Do you know what rules? Heated blankets. Those are the best

I'm basic, just 2 basic blankets for me.

I can barely make it through the night without a cooling blanket. Anything above 65 degrees and it’s like I’m on the surface of the sun.

@blindsquarel same, I sleep with a fan to help, even during winter I use it.

Before my sisters moved out I was in a war to keep the upstairs AC on during the winter.

I also mainly just keep using the fan for airflow and noise. I need noise to sleep or else the quiet drives me nuts.
