@ComfyAko
Glad you are back. πŸ˜ƒ
I got The Sims PS2 this afternoon.
It has been long time I didn't play The Sims PS2. 😊
Actually I prefer The Sims 1 PC than PS2 version since I have ever played the game 20 years ago but I don't play PC games anymore so I have to bury my dream about The Sims 1 PC and got the replacement from console version and The Sims 4 PS4 for the nearest experience as PC version without Custom Contents.

Speaking about The Sims games on PS2, The Sims Bustin' Out is the best console version in my opinion, even better than The Sims 2 console version. The Sims 2 console version looked way terrible than PC version and The Sims 1 console version but The Sims 2 Pets & Castaway console version were a little bit better but I rarely touch my The Sims 2 Pets Wii version since there were a lot of buttons configuration and it cannot be replaced with Pro controller style (must use Wii more + Nunchuck).

If I ranked mainline The Sims games based on PC version, I will sort like this.

The Sims 4 > The Sims 1 > The Sims 3 > The Sims 2.

The Sims 4 have the best character design and the most complex house building, but it lack of vehicle animation for going to school by bus or going to work. Also, the gibberish in The Sims 4 is way less funny than older The Sims games.

The Sims 1 is the nostalgia, best gibberish, best music, best Expansion Pack ideas despite just only 7 Expansion Packs. Superstars was my favorite expansion pack as I could became a celebrity and I really have to work hard to raise the stars rank. Makin' Magic was my least favorite expansion pack as I wasn't a fan of eerie / Halloween themed stuffs, but baking the cakes from Makin' Magic expansion pack was my favorite cooking activity.

The Sims 3 have the best neighborhood, house placements, open world style, advanced color customization on furnitures + clothing, 5 traits of personality, but I didn't really like some of hairstyle model, the leaves textures in The Sims 3 that looked like pseudo 3D texture.
The Sims 3 on console on PS3, Wii and 3DS were suck as it only allowed you play as 1 family and couldn't make another playable neighbors.

The Sims 2 was my least favorite for some reason. I have never played The Sims 2 PC version but I think PC version was way much better than console version but I ranked The Sims 2 at the bottom for having terrible 3D textures on non active house when you play your active household. The character design in The Sims 2 look pretty weird if compared with The Sims 4. Also, I wasn't a fan of Want and Fear feature in The Sims 2 games as Wish feature on The Sims 3 was the best.

Well, I got a lot of talk about The Sims games.
Too bad, EA is keep milking The Sims 4 with never ending DLC and some QOL features as I found some new features from the latest update and a few freebies from EA. My PS4 storage is getting smaller and smaller currently with 49 active PS4 games and have 69 GB left so I must get external HDD 2 Terra size to continue my PS4 games collection as I need at least 2 Terra / 2000 GB size to play bigger GB size PS4 games.

@Owl1 @Colonel_Mustache I would join but I only know memes of things I like, the only place I see normal ones is this site.

@Colonel_Mustache Oh wait, I just remembered I don't even know where I'd find them, I just know of stuff that became a joke in certain fandoms, my bad.

@Colonel_Mustache As someone once said if you don't want stupidity, don't look in the LOL Images/Videos thread.
@ComfyAko Oh, hey, would you mind exchanging friend codes sometime?
@Eagly Oh, yeah, any idea how the whole Vandham in 3 thing worked? I just realised I had no idea and it bugged me.

Not gonna lie, when Nintendo unveiled the trailer for β€œWorld of Light” in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in November 2018, my heart broke after seeing Sonic get vaporized by Galeem in the opening cutscene. 😒

@blindsquarel it does have a sliver of truth tho. so it stings just a little, we've created a meme thread, and going forward all "Wars" and jokes will happen there so we don't clutter this and other threads.

I and @Colonel_Mustache have also decided to limit ourselves to 3 (per user) no-context meme posts a day.

@Sunsy No more Blastoise? Bummer. Did something happen to it? That is indeed fitting that you also won it along a boardwalk!

@MarioLover92 I like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, though I need to be in the right mood to play it. I realize some of it comes down to skill, but so much is also left up to luck that I admit I occasionally get frustrated lol. I did find the original F-Zero very challenging when I tried it on my SNES Classic. I do like the speed involved, but I'm just not fond of the repetitive nature of many racing games.

They do need to add some of the NES Zapper games. I completely forgot about the Super Scope due to no exposure back in the day, but those would be welcome too. Maybe they'll eventually even bring some Wii peripheral games over, like Link's Crossbow Training (Totally not a reach lol).

@Eagly High humidity, coupled with high temps, feels like being smothered under a blanket. Stepping out of air conditioning and into the outdoors almost feels like hitting a solid wall.

I too suspect Nintendo didn't expect Mario Kart 8 Deluxe to do as well on Switch as it has (Which is saying something), but between bundles and other deals it's taken off. I do think any further Mario Kart games will show up on the Switch's successor. Especially with how well MK8D continues to do.

Don't get me wrong, Rex has some mature moments, but they are offset by his lack of it in some cases. Can't wait to see how he's changed (or hasn't) either. Interesting....I thought I did all of the puzzle caves in XC3, but it seems I missed one. Weird since I thought I'd fully covered Maktha Forest. Unless I did do that one and just forgot lol. I found most of the boss fights manageable and did have a bit of trial and error with Malos (was a bit under leveled), but Amalthus was by far the worst fight.
