I’m taking a quick break… from my break… to ask something REALLY important:
Are there ANY third-party games on Switch that are NOT frustratingly difficult to finish the story or riddled with bugs and glitches? I know you guys want me to play more of them, but so far I’ve only bought Cuphead and that game fell into “frustratingly difficult”.
@JadeKitsune If you do not mind the eShop only release you can pick up the Castlevania Advance Collection there are 4 games in there 3 of them are metroidvanias and one of them is classic one and it is difficult but you will not have a problem finishing the other 3 as you can grind levels, items etc. And it is 20$ or lower.
Other recommendations that will just suck you in
Darksiders Warmastered Edition - 30$ - the first time I played this it was so interesting that I remember playing all night. Years ago, but it was awesome!
Skyrim is currently at 25$ (60% off) and you could play it casually and focus only on the main quest. Masterpiece.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge - 25$ - there is nothing else to say. It is awesome!
@Zuljaras Big pass on Skyrim, I’ve already beaten the PS3 and PS4 versions, two is my limit on the billions of consoles it’s on. But now Castlevania Advance Collection, I hear that’s got a rewind and save state feature, that intrigues me.
@TeaCatherine@Dpullam Thank you very much. I don't think I can comfortably say that I am a better artist than anyone, but I certainly had fun making it

@Anti-Matter I tried Yonder, but it didn't really offer anything that good, does it get better later on?
@Zuljaras Castlevania is superb and the advance collection is absolutely great for one reason - Aria of Sorrow, the 2nd best Castlevania after SOTN. The rest, though - Harmony of Dissonance isn't as famous, and Circle of the Moon is just a mistake. One of the most infuriating boss fights I've seen. The boss (forgot the name) is super easy but your character is so clunky you can't even evade the simplest attacks, and the hitboxes are just a subtle suggestion

@ComfyAko
Yonder was like relax version of botw with farming and raising animals as side activities.
The game has no violences at all so I can recommend to 3 years old kid.
I have accumulated 98% progress of Yonder on PS4 version which I have discovered all Sage stones, all constellations, all Sprites, still working on last request to find a lot of kittens.
I personally like game like Yonder which lesser violences = better gaming experience.
And that's why I prefer games from 3rd parties like that for offering the ideas that matched with my interest.
@Anti-Matter Why would anyone do such an awful thing?
I didn't listen to it, though. I don't like music about sex.
(Talking about that Phoenix Wright thing, by the way.)

@Eagly Hmm, whilst I do like the sound of a name with the word "Ballard" in (I know this is a stupid reason, by the way) I feel like it would be a bit weird if Monolith Soft worked on two games with it in the name of a DLC, I could easily see it having "Origin(s)" in the name because it easily gets across that it's a prequel (and also y'know 'cause it'll probably have Origin in)
