@ComfyAko Yeah, I know, I actually find the Eshop great for things like that, releases from earlier generations for a reasonable price. I will get it probably next time it goes on sale.
Also, the whole Harry Potter craze just completely passed my whole family by, we read a few but the characters weren't that good and the writing style just annoyed me.

I don't.
Even during my teenhood, I only play appropriate games for kids and teen like DDR PS2, The Sims Bustin' Out, Harvest Moon, Monster Rancher 4, Bomberman PS2, etc.
I never shown any interest to adult games even when I was high school student, instead I like the cartoonish looking stuffs.

@TeaCatherine Yeah I get it. HP is kinda hard to get into, I mean the biggest plot twist is known to everybody. And I remember that about 2 times in my life, I managed to somehow escape the plot twist spoilers and I was really dumbstruck: In HP and Matrix
In HP, I was like... did I read that right?! Yer'a a wizard Harry? And in the Matrix I just watched the whole thing as my mind was getting blown by each passing minute. Shame that nowadays everybody knows everything about the classic movies and the industry is struggling to make a coherent storyline that would be more than a string of loosely connected scenes, let alone a masterpiece like Matrix, Blade Runner, etc.

For what? I really don't see anything bad in it. I'd play it myself. And as for a GTA, I refuse to believe that there is anyone who didn't just rampage through the city at least once.

@Eagly Nah, they love money, they just prefer money with no effort needed. (Cough, NFTs, cough.)

@ComfyAko Anti-Matter hates all M-rated games, and even talking about them positively can cause him to block you which makes viewing things really annoying.

@Eagly Eh, I just feel like it's one of those dude-bro games, y'know? Plus, like, I don't really play a lot of western games, I prefer JRPGs and stuff.

@Kermit1 I won't advertise it for you, but to me, it will always be one of those magical games that never age. I used to just make massive shootouts on cheats, but then it slowly turned to just cruising around the city, be it Liberty City from GTA3 or Vice City from... Vice City. Just driving and listening to absolutely beautiful soundtrack made from the best songs of 80s and 90s. I just moved in the game and appreciated the world. The huge buildings, the rays of sun, the atmosphere. A night stroll on the Ocean View street in GTAVC is a magical experience to this day.

@Anti-Matter Well, I actually really like games for kids. It's just that violence and gore was never an issue to me in a video game, I mean it's just a bunch of moving pixels. That's why to me, all is appropriate. What I don't like is games that are trying to be so "grownup" and "mature" that they become generic and flavourless.

Yeah, Star Wars falls under the same category. Too big to actually surprise you. Except when you tell someone it's "no, I am your father!" instead of "Luke", Mandela Effect is fascinating.

@ComfyAko Yeah, talking of GTA, you weren't around to hear something annoying that happened to me in December last year, were you? Also, gotta admit the one thing about that series that does appeal to me is the music.
@Eagly There are a couple of western games I want to try but way more Japanese ones.

@TeaCatherine Music of GTA is something I could talk about for months. Sadly, the beautiful times ended with San Andreas, and everything later down the line. GTA 3/VC/LCS/VCS are more than enough to me, though. I haven't heard anything, I'm actually a bit fresh here.

@ComfyAko So, basically, there was this day when I was Christmas present buying, I went to Game, they seemed to have a good deal judging by the price sticker, took it to the till and they tried to put it through as full price, tried to buy something else from a different Game store, when I got to the till with the case, turs out they had had lost the game card and finally I tried buying my brother a present found out the next day when trying to steal his gold points that CEX had accidently given me a GTA trilogy cartridge instead of what it should have been.

@Kermit1 oh ok noted again. Also, you're completely right about minecraft. It's a really great formula, I have to admit. Even though I really knew that it's completely randomized, I still wanted to know what is behind the horizon. Not to mention actually learning all the recipies. I know the one for door, perfect for my little dirt houses I make whenever I start. C418 Sweden, though.
