@Eagly The games are just so good, legit the gameplay is a bonus lol. All three games seem so different! The universe itself seems to act like final fantasy, but more connected, but not only that, from what it sounds like they just keep getting better with each game!
Yeah I have been really careful, I haven’t heard anything I didn’t know beforehand luckily.
I love her a lot, I can’t wait to see more of her story, she is just such an enjoyable character, I know at some point dedicated healing isn’t really needed, but I love hearing her voice on field, unlike a little guy I know, (No hard feeling buddy).
Ok that’s what I thought the issue was, because the voice actors sound so talented, and I thought the lines pacing was a little off, the lip syncing doesn’t bother me as much as other people because ai didn’t think they moved them much anyway. And like you said everyone sounds like they’re from different places because of the regional voices! I love it!
Also thank goodness you said something, his scream sucks lmao, I only stuck with the English dub because people said it gets better and I miss out on the accents which I was not going to pass up, glad I listened.
Nintendo are like woman, You love them for whats on the inside, not the outside…you know what I mean! Luzlane best girl!

@Eagly First things first, you double-posted. Yeah, I know they like their foreshadowing but as you said they might just be pulling off an elaborate troll, plus from what I've heard Monolith Soft like basing new character designs on old ones. I'm not going to argue with you on the Mio one that has sufficient evidence in my eyes, but like surely Nia or Melia would comment on the resemblance or something for the others?

@Snatcher Yeah, I feel like despite the lack of direction 2 is where the voice acting got more unique 'cause the first one mainly stuck to English accents whereas 2 and 3 used other British accents as well (and even some American ones too.)

You know, I only played xenoblade 2 for several minutes before I realized I felt uncomfortable to continue the game and I was thinking I bought very wrong game. I sold the game after more than 4 years being neglected. I don't want to see big boobs characters anymore.
In contrary, I compared with Pokemon Violet that I have negative perception for the bugs and glitches I found from Youtube, but.... I found the single player mode have no issues except the crappy 3D environment & animation movements from far away. After I bought the game and played for several hours, I was misjudged the game and I kept continuing the game until finished in 8 days in a row. The game actually have some improvements in several aspects and it was the first time I felt surprised with the changes. In conclusion, the gameplay + storyline + music = better but the graphic rendering still my biggest issue.

That’s what I have heard, It’s so nice to hear different ones in a video game, it’s usually just plain old English, but a whole game full of them, I dare say it’s the best thing ever!

Yeah it’s not for everybody, but my goodness it’s one of the best games I have played this year!

@Eagly PS5 likely won't happen, but I would like to build a decent PC before too long. Not only for gaming, but a bit of sandbox-y game development on the side too. Either way, GoW is certainly a series I'd like to dive into sometime.
I did all the Hero and Ascension quests available in base XC3 and would like to grab the DLC heroes as well when I get it. That said, I'm biding my time until the story DLC releases. From what little we've glimpsed so far, it will be VERY interesting... especially for those who played the other games. Class grinding was a pain after awhile, but that was before I realized experience wasn't gained for it if the group was too over leveled. One of the very few complaints I had about the game.
@Sunsy I did participate in some Sonic Dash events, but I also played to earn characters/upgrades in general. Some score chasing too. I had more time back then, namely because I didn't make fitness a priority and also worked closer to where I live.
IIRC, Pokemon Shuffle on 3DS was way more lenient with gems from what I've read. You could get hung up, but not to where you couldn't progress. The mobile variant is definitely way less merciful in this regard after a point. I will say that Pokemon Go makes it pretty easy to play without paying - I've never put real money into the game - though they've been trending more into exclusive passes and content gated behind paid tickets for certain events. Usually nothing that can't be missed, but sometimes they put a shiny legendary unobtainable elsewhere behind them....
@Snatcher yeah xenoblade 2 was a huge departure from the first and it payed off incredibly well. The second one is probably the most light and fun xenoblade game. Xenoblade 1 is darker than 2 and xenoblade 3 somehow has a teen rating
@Eagly Sorry, are you saying it should be higher or lower than T?
Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Also, makes it a win-win situation for me, if you're right then we get to actually see something I'd quite like and if you're wrong I can make you look really weird. @Snatcher So, who's your favourite character in it?

@Eagly ok so I somehow never got a notification for you post, so sorry for missing it lol.
I know like one or two spoilers but I can only remember one of them well, other than that my experience has been perfect.
I love her so much too, but something tells me there’s going to be some reason to take her off the team, I know there’s gonna be something, with how much this game is throwing at me, i wouldn’t even be surprised if I don’t want to use her anymore.
Oh no I love them, I think they’re actually really unique! It’s just Tera’s battle lines that get really, really repetitive, and I know that’s the case for literally everybody else, it’s just his, I don’t know, it gets a little tiring, just a little, Now Nia , she will never get tiring.
I always, always go subs, and it’s so rare that a dub is better then. Sub, but that just tells you how good it is!
Yeah I have definitely gotten used to it, it’s way better than before that’s for sure! It was just at the start, like it sounded really bad.
“But the that most radiates from xenoblade for me it it’s quality. Everything in the game is in service to the world and player. The graphics even in 1 which is a remastered wii game are breathtakingly beautiful. The character models especially look so good sometimes I forget that xenoblade is a Nintendo switch game. Then of course you have amazing character dialogue and interactions it’s just fun to hear these guys talk they feel like a somewhat dysfunctional but very loving family. Then you that is bolstered by the incredible voice acting which does have the occasional hiccup but is some of the best modern voice acting based om the accents alone. Then you have music both instrumental and vocal like drifting souls which all sounds superb. And I haven’t even talked about the story which like all xenoblade games only gets better as it goes on. Oh yeah and the gameplay is amazing almost forgot that when praising everything else about this franchise. One undeniable thing no matter which xenoblade game you are playing is tthe artistic integrity of its creators. Down to every rock and blade of grass. And I noticed I did actually forget character design and I will say Xenoblade characters are incredible memorable visually as I said a few weeks back. Just look at Pyra/Brighid. Both are story fire blades and they both look incredible and nothing alike. Xenoblade is a good franchise”
And with this you summed up the quality vary well, this game, is just so high in quality it’s crazy, so much care put into it by the devs artist, just everybody, and it just shows that games like Pokémon only look the way they do because they just don’t care or try, xenoblade looks like it could be on the PlayStation, it’s insane, and I said playstation ok as in Universal.
