2/10 Direct ... I only cared for Metroid Prime Remastered and Zelda Tears of the Kingdom ... everything else was ... just bad.

@Eel I have most of the Etrian Odyssey games that were announced, but I might get them again if there's a physical collection. I'm glad I can get the 3rd one now, though.

I only liked 3 things in that Direct. The GBA games are cool but I got rid of the NSO Bundle and now just have the base NSO. I now have PC game pass instead.

I should also mention I didn't feel hyped for this Direct because my Switch sounds like a jet engine while doing anything and I haven't really played on it in close to 2 months now.

Overall not a good direct. A lot of dlc and random indies. But Metroid Prime is interesting, and I will probably get it if it is the right price. And obviously I am hyped for TOTK, and will preorder as soon as I possibly can.

@Scooby-Doo yeah I never played that one either so it’s definitely on my list now.

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika Prequel, I believe, sorry. You never know, they might do a sequel or spin off that continues it.
@ComfyAko Older when you're going on about Half-Life and things from around that time, you seem very nostalgic for it. Younger, maybe 20 something, most of the rest of the time.

@Eel I just forgot that my 2ds is on its way out anyway, so this is actually quite good for me. But yeah, it's awesome to see it.

@EaglyTheKawaiiShika @jump I feel like an adult now, I only liked 3 games, I would normally want to buy something on sale in the hype but spending money is becoming less and I'd rather save it. I feel tired.

Woooooooo, Ghost Trick, Baten Kaitos, I might even pick up the Metroid Prime remaster.

I think this was my all time favourite Direct! So many of the games fit my desires perfectly. Baten Kaitos remaster is something I've been begging for years now! Overall I loved:

So yeah... pretty much the whole direct appealed to me. I would list Etrian Odyssey but I think the map drawing fits the DS much better so I'm not sure I'll get it on Switch.

@TeaCatherine Oh ok. Well yeah, I was a kid but I remember those games so I have very fond memories of them. Sorry if I sounded like a boomer from time to time, I kinda go overboard sometimes, I don't really know how to read the room. I'll try to talk about those games less.

@Kermit1 that’s smart. You need to save your money for adults things like your first tattoo, strip club and a few bottles of dom perignon as it will be a busy night.

Just downloaded the Game Boy NSO stuff onto my Switch, pretty fun so far.
(PS: in Kirby’s Dream Land, how do i copy an ability? or was that not a thing until later?)
