@WaffleBoat That's the term lolita, not loli. Loli is usually just reffering to a short character in anime or games. For example, Kanna Kamui is a loli.

@WaffleBoat It's ok. If I came off as rude, I'm sorry. I don't try to be rude, and when I am, I think I'm talking like normal. I'm not exactly good with my words, and I tease people a lot (Only with their permission, of course. I'm not tryna get banned for bullying.)

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Yeah, but what's he from? Also, so he's like Bridget then. (Bridget is a character from a fighting game series called Guilty Gear, and Bridget also spawned a load of memes about how cute he was.)

@Eel Yes, but thta's not the way the word loli is used. It lost its meaning over time and became something you say when reffering to a short child looking anime, manga, or game character. Also, don't kill me, I'm not trying to argue.

@Eel That pretty much just means it lost its meaning. There's a ton of words that we see differently now. It's the way of language. As we go farther into generations, words are sure to change.

@TeaCatherine Although it does, the term is genuinely just being used as a term to describe a child looking character. Not many people think of it as bad. In fact, a lot of people hate it when they see bad art of them. But I can stop using the term here, cause I don't wanna be banned or anything like that. And I swear, I'm not trying to argue, don't kill me.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Okay, that's fine but you should probably be more careful. On another note, isn't it quite funny that we seem to talk about waifus more than most of the boys here?

Not really- You don't see it as a big term because you're desensitized to it, but it still very much conveys that people find the characters attractive- the lolita complex.
You can see it in your own posts: You use the word in the same context as waifus. Sorry if that offends you, I'm not trying to imply anything about you personally, we're not trying to have an argument with you or "kill you", but that's simply the case: the word still has more meaning than you're willing to admit, and it's not a positive one.
@TeaCatherine It is pretty funny we talk about them more than the boys. Like, they always say girls aren't on the internet, but there's a lot more than people think. That's why I always put my actualy name in my usernames, cause I've been mistaken for male before, but only when my name wasn't in my username.

I think the discussion has remained civil and as appropriate as possible, so no need to apologize. However that's true that we perhaps should stop while we're ahead.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Oh, right I suppose that makes sense. I can easily believe someone mistaking you for a boy just because there are a lot of stereotypes about people who watch anime.

@TeaCatherine Yeah, it sucks. Plus, once I'm really close to someone, my teasing side shows, and people don't expect that for a girl. Though, once you get used to me, it's easy to tell when I'm sad or something, as when I'm not feeling very well, I tend to tease less.
