Thanks, I’m feeling a bit better now. Still not great, but better. Forgot to mention you and some others in my post about how you guys help me. But at that point I would basically be naming every person that participates in this thread.

Probably gonna log off for awhile. I need to get away from screens and just clear my head.

@Zuljaras While I've not played the Dark Souls series, that's a very good Gravelord Nito recreation!

@Sunsy I usually don't have many issues with navigation - I'm a freak and love maps lol - it's mostly just the proximity to a LOT of other people that can set me off. I've never had a full panic attack to my knowledge, but I've become quite light-headed in some of those situations due to anxiety. I'm not sure why I don't care for crowds, though some of it may be because I am quite an introvert. I do like people, but when I'm done, I'm DONE. XD

"Easier said than done", would somewhat fit I believe. Unfortunately, some people say things without really understanding them. It takes a lot of humility to admit one is wrong or may be wrong. I think that's why there are so many arguments and disagreements that end poorly, especially online.

@blindsquarel Please schedule a visit with a professional. Some of what you describe sounds a lot like my own thought patterns used to be. (Heck, sometimes they are still this way unfortunately....) I deal with forms of depression and anxiety. Not saying that's what's up, but that's why seeing a professional would be a great idea. It is very hard to ask for help, but it isn't a sign of weakness to do so.
