@TeaCatherine My mom lets me watch violent anime, I literally rewatched Demon Slayer in front of her. I also tried rewatching Re:Zero in front of my mom, but Crunchyroll has too many aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaads, and AdBlock isn't on TV. Mine is just fanservice, I don't mind the gay characters. I'm more worried about my mom asking me if I'm gay when fanservice shows up.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko I'm fine with most of those things if I'm watching on my laptop, apart from absurdly large cleavage. Basically, I'm just a bit of a coward when it comes to letting my parents know what I like. So, when I was asking for stuff for Christmas, I didn't let myself ask for anything particularly bad. I'm kind of relying on my brother and sisters for any anime I want.

@Anti-Matter usually, games with swarms of shirtless six pack dudes fall into the mature content category, so you’ll have to learn to accept other mature content if you want to get titillation out of your games.
Happy 70th birthday, Shigeru Miyamoto! If it weren't for his endeavors over at Nintendo, I probably would have been a little different from what I am today. After all, he's the creator of Mario, Zelda, and many other games, and you all likely know how much Mario means to me - thanks for everything, Miyamoto-san!
@Sunsy Thank you! Yeah, I had to get that ornament set because of how cute it is, with the gingerbread theme! <3 There's even a cupcake as the steam stack, as well. We do have quite a few other Disney/train ornaments, and we have a full-on Mickey Mouse train set that I intend to use for around the tree, too. That's awesome you ordered the Raccoon Mario ornament. Oh that reminds me, I'm thinking of having a new stocking for myself too, one that's custom-made. I thought about it some months ago.
Yeah, Nintendo gave players a free glove for those control stick spinning minigames. Many players would get blisters from those minigames, so that's why they gave the gloves away. Ah yeah, those minigames won't be too kind to the joy-cons... my newest pair, which are the red ones, haven't drifted yet from my experience. Though I only used them for handheld mode, Captain Toad, and Super Mario Galaxy via 3D All-Stars. My original gray joy-cons have drifted, at least when I play docked, so I haven't used them for a long time. Especially since I got pro controllers, which feel so much better in comparison anyway, for the vast majority of Switch games at least. I should get my gray ones fixed at some point.
Oh that sounds great, yeah I did hear that GOG is pretty much DRM-free so I'd like to make an account at some point. That's cool, you've been into PC games for a lot longer than I have! I've played a fair amount of the Half-Life games (specifically 1 and 2), and I did finish the first Portal some years ago. I think I got a healthy amount of progress in Portal 2, though I likely got stuck in one of the later levels. Back in 2002-2004, I was quite big into stuff like Sonic and Crash Bandicoot, especially the former. I had so much Sonic games and other stuff when I was a kid, and I still have most of them now.
That's cool, I didn't play any of the Shin Megami Tensei games, but I did play a bit of Persona 4 Golden. I should play more of that at some point, though I did see that it's a pretty long game. That's the case with a lot of RPGs, which is part of the reason why I didn't finish most of the ones I play, lol. Gotcha, I haven't bought any Switch games yet, and I'm hoping to get the ones I want on Christmas. For now, I wanna buy stuff from the 3DS/Wii U eShops.
I agree for sure, and that sounds like a cool book you have. My college had a whole book on animated movies in the library, and that was a fun read. I remember it had reviews on many different movies, and screenshots as well. There was also a book about the Radio Shack Color Computer, which I've never even heard of until it caught my eye at the library.
@Tyranexx Thank you, and anytime! Yeah, I got them pretty early on, and I'm excited to get Mickey and co on our tree once it's past Thanksgiving. I thought about having a new, custom-made stocking for myself some months ago, too.
I'm pretty much the same way, if I get really stuck, I'll use a guide or a walkthrough of some kind. I should get back to Majora's Mask at some point, and try to find my way around before consulting a guide. I've done that with a lot of Zelda games actually. I do try to figure things out on my own, but in Ocarina of Time for example, I've gotten stuck a number of times so I had to look up the parts I was stuck at. Gotcha, I'm not the biggest completionist either, though I do tend to 100% Mario platformers. (Though, if I were to replay Super Mario Sunshine, I don't think I'd fully complete it again... that one's real difficult to 100%.)

Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I'd like to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
@blindsquarel Wemble is a term coined in the show Fraggle Rock, the character Wembley always has a hard time making decisions and they call it Wembling or Wemble when he can't make up his mind.
@Kermit1Pineapple Waiting for my brother to approve Cells at Work. I won't watch an anime that my brother or my friends have approved. Every once in a while, I take a chance and find a nice hidden gem, like Happy Sugar Life.
