@TeaCatherine It's ok, similarly I saw the moose shenanigans going on, but saw the lock joke yesterday when I was checking through and responding. I didn't post this weekend, because I had a rough week last week and needed some time to recuperate.
Very cool. I think the only new Christmas specials from last year I've seen were Trolls Holiday In Harmony, and 5 Sleeps Until Christmas (this one surprised me, it was cute), and the Young Rock special. The year before was Minions Holiday Special, while it wasn't bad, it was lazy. All they did was repackage some shorts, some unrelated to Christmas. Compared to Trolls which just made a new special fans could enjoy.
Right now, looking forward to My Little Pony Winter Wishday and the Guadians Holiday special. Will most likely revisit some old favorites too, I have plenty of Christmas movies on DVD and lots more to watch because of streaming.
Already started watching Christmas stuff thanks to Home Alone, mom and I ordered a cheese pizza the other night, lol.
@Kermit1Pineapple All I ask for was Sonic Frontiers and a couple of nice character related things. I'm usually just happy with a new game and character thing.
Last year it was SMT V, Sonic Colors, and a few Trolls dolls.
I know I'm getting the game, only because Mom needed help pre-ordering it.

If you wanna know how bad NS is, we have no school board and schools are a mess thanks to wonky leadership, not to say they're all bad (my dad is a teacher and he's a fun one, to a point).
Quick little query for those who have posted screenshots/videos from Switch to Twitter before: does it change wi-fi networks in any way (whether it be through disconnecting from your regular wi-fi or reconnecting to the Switch's internal wi-fi) in order to actually post stuff to Twitter? I'd be very surprised if it did and, if that is the case, then I may have found a potential workaround to my 2618-0002 problem....
@Fizza I don't use Twitter, but I'd like to point out that sending screenshots or videos to phone often changes the wi-fi on my phone to my Switch, then I have to change it back manually. This is a feature on the Switch too.
Just an oddity I noticed. Apologies if it doesn't help, but I'd like to point it out since it is an odd thing the Switch does with phones.

@Sunsy Eagles aren't too common around here, but red-tailed hawks, owls, and turkey buzzards are. So there are some other large birds floating around. Deer are still a decent sight. I also came across a possum while out on my property last night. It wasn't very happy to see me. Scared the poor guy I guess.
On Covid: Thanks! It was a mild case, no lasting effects that I know of. I had it about a month ago. That was despite some precautions and a booster shot even. I'd consider taste more valuable than smell at times, and there are some bad smells I'd rather do without lol. But it is nice to use it to pinpoint sources of an issue or to know what areas to avoid. I don't recommend going near some pig farms. XD Getting overwhelmed is no fun. Though for me that's usually triggered by stress, a form of claustrophobia I have (I don't do large crowds well), and a ton of loud noise. I've found concert earplugs can help with the latter.
At the end of the day, labels are like any other tool: they have proper uses, but can also be misused. While autism can be a defining label, it's a spectrum and should have an informative association, not a negative one. Stereotypes and media have played a role there, unfortunately.
@MarioLover92 I do quite like those Disney ornaments! I appreciate the tag. Even if it isn't past Thanksgiving yet.
I typically turn to a guide if I get really stuck and can't figure out what to do next. If that doesn't work, or if I really don't like what I'm playing (which is rarw these days), then I move on. I'm also not a completionist like I used to be, though that depends on how much I like the game to begin with. I'm more likely to 100% a Zelda game than, say, a generic puzzle title. I haven't tried the Boxboy series; I'm sure it's something I'd like, it just isn't something I've invested time into.
