@Fizza Congratulations! I have never had any shiny Pokemon Maybe because I did not hunt for them as I played the games casually.

@Zuljaras I wouldn't worry about it too much, I am FAR more into Pokemon than most. As a matter of fact, do you want to know my combined play time for Shield, Brilliant Diamond and Legends? 630 HOURS. 410 in Shield, 115 in BD and 105 in Legends. I think my legacy on this site might be 'the guy who talks far too much about Pokemon and Ace Attorney' XD

On another, more current note, anybody watching the new State of Play in 15 minutes time? I don't even own a Playstation yet I keep up with all the latest news for it (I've been a lurker on Push Square for at least a year now) and, when this presentation was announced, I thought 'eh, nice way to kill 20 minutes'.

Yeah, I like to watch them so I can check what will be coming to Steam as well, @Fizza ....

@Anti-Matter, state of play showed a trailer for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles retro compilation. I don't know if it's something you'd be into though.

I'll let you know if there are any cute style or kids games games.

@Anti-Matter State of Play ended. There were no kids games/cute games. Only a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles retro compilation. I bet this doesn't come to the Switch, even though it has gameboy & nes games.

The state of play was pretty cool, there were only three games I was interested in tho.

Valkyrie Elysium looks really good.... That's 2 new games for me eventually

Glad I already got good news from My Little Pony that will be released on multi consoles including PS4 & Switch version.

Just downloaded the game trial for Monster Hunter Rise. Though I've been having a hard time getting into the MH series, I thought I'd give this one a shot anyway since it's free for a week. It was actually really cool of them to let us download it ahead of time.

@Sunsy Yeah, that part got easier for me as well. I only had trouble with it as a kid. It really is like looking at a time capsule, seeing all that news coverage about then-upcoming games and what writers thought about them at the time.

Thanks! I talked with my friend for a bit, turns out they have Super Mario Party, not Superstars. Which is fine with me, as I have that game as well. Should still be a good time. I was thinking of playing Super Mario Bros. 3 as well.

Went and saw The Batman yesterday evening. I thought it was a pretty decent movie, though I admit a three hour runtime is a bit long for me lol. I liked its take on the Bat-verse, though I slightly prefer Christian Bale over Pattinson.

@Sunsy Hopefully there's a compilation of those games that is released on Nintendo systems before long? The Switch is a great port machine; I've been using it to pick up some titles I've missed previously. CoughSkyrimCough

@BruceCM Depends on how well the GPU market stabilizes over the next few months lol. I have a large house-related purchase looming on the horizon too.

@MarioLover92 I believe I picked up Ducktales: Remastered when it was on discount at some point, though I don't recall if that was through My Nintendo or in a general sale. I bought it mainly for nostalgia reasons - never played the original NES game though - and ended up enjoying it more than I thought I would. I played through Metroid Prime Trilogy over the span of several months with a break between each game. MP3: Corruption is narrowly my favorite of the three, followed close behind by MP1 with MP2: Echoes bringing up the rear. All are very good games.
