@WoomyNNYes LMAO, Ya the review on this site got be scared a little bit as it only scored a 6 out of 10. god which one do I go for? If I have on the playstation I might as well play it on there.

(My friend code is SW-7322-1645-6323, please ask me before you use it)
@WoomyNNYes
The only one thing i noticed very clearly from LEGO CITY UNDERCOVER each version was the water color from big swimming pool at Paradise Sands.
I played the Wii U version first then Switch version as the 2nd time and PS4 version as the 3rd time. I noticed the water color from big swimming pool at Paradise Sands Wii U version was clean and clear (you can see the bottom of the swimming pool clearly) but the remaster version on Switch and PS4, the color was murky like a mud.
Also, the color of water splash when you are running on water surface, the Wii U version was clear like natural water splash but Switch version looked a little bit darker, the PS4 version strangely looked a little bit greenish.
@Snatcher
I played LEGO CITY UNDERCOVER Switch version and never encountered with any bugs.
Oof! My brother & his wife just let me know they want to get a Switch for their daughters(my nieces). Obviously, everyone is sold out at the moment. Let the searching/scrambling begin. They want the OLED (I'm thinking a V2 is more possible.)
Does anyone know a good in-stock watching site for the US? I used to use nowinstock.net. Didn't know if there's something better.
@Snatcher Yes! That game is amazing! It's not only better than the original Hyrule Warriors (much more focus on combat and strategy instead of mindless slashing) but it has a decent story and much better writing and English VA than Breath of the Wild. You're in for a good time.
@TheJGG So i'v heard, I can't wait to play it! I had to use another zip so I wouldn't get taxed, Just got to remember to buy the game before the sale ends, but thats not going to happen.
So uh, what makes this game better then the first one? because I wanted to get it back on the 3ds but when this one came out everyone said it was better. also what dub do you think I should pick? I heard the span dub was amazing.
(Also this would be my first warriors game, sounds like i'm in for it)
@Snatcher I got the original on Wii U and then got it again on Switch. On Switch it has rock solid performance in docked mode (I think it hits 60fps almost always) and has a lot of content.
A lot of it came from Adventure Mode, which offered hundreds of missions set on different maps (the NES Zelda overworld, a 72 hour-limited Termina map, a Great Sea map, a Twilight map, Link's Awakening plus Spirit Tracks and A Link Between Worlds) but my main issue was that it forced me to play as every character, meaning I'd have to upgrade them all. Basically the game wasn't well balanced, and it took a very long time to unlock special weapons and the like. But it would have taken a while for you to get bored, plus there was so much new story content that it easily doubled the size of the main campaign.
Age of Calamity on the other hand is much more streamlined and as you may have seen all of the story and side missions are on the same map, meaning you can access everything quickly. The story takes a while to beat and there's a lot of variety in terms of the actual story, writing, stages and characters. It feels like a more meaty game than the original.
As for dubs... I haven't actually looked at the other dubs. But I'm really happy with just how much the English VA has improved. Zelda has a wider emotional range, and everything's just so much better.
For OLED users, is the dock the same for V2 and the OLED? IE, if I buy the OLED in another country with different plugs to what I use, would I be able to use the power cable from my old Switch to power the OLED or are they non compatible?
Thank you. My family live in the Canarias and I live in the UK, buying stuff online never gets here but there are also not really a lot of shops here either, other than with like locally made stuff. I am struggling to know what to buy myself for Christmas lol. But I am thinking of getting myself an OLED in one of the electric shops here as it works out cheaper to get one in Euros and asking them to put a little towards it, then I’ll give them my old Switch. However, this plan wouldn’t work really if I couldn’t use the dock, but if I can, then I have a plan. Might have to switch around the Joycons too, as I have the Rise special edition Switch currently.
@Snatcher Alrighty, hope you enjoy it when you do. They did a really good job making nods to both movies and the cartoon series, and making a really nice holiday story.
Apologies for a double post, decided to start decorating my tree today, so sharing pictures of some of the gaming related ornaments I have, and my favorite one this year...
Yoshi, Super Mario Kart Mario, and Princess Peach
Sonic and Tails
Sonic
My favorite one, Trolls Holiday In Harmony. While not gaming related, it's my favorite new one.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
@Eel It's very fitting! Definitely one of my favorite fights.
@MarioLover92 I think I was about 8 or so when my dad got me on my first coaster. I was initially apprehensive but ended up loving it! =D Pyra even says so, eh? I still need to get around to playing XC2....
@BruceCM Looking forward to it! I'm debating about playing it alongside Metroid Dread should the latter show up during the Christmas gift bonanza.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@MarioLover92@Snatcher Thanks you two. That Sonic and Tails one is really a cool one, it pays nod to Sonic 3, Tails lifting Sonic up. I missed out on Sonic ornaments as a kid, so it's nice to finally have some. The only old one that comes to mind is Sonic walking on a Game Gear. Seen it on Sonic fan sites, but never had one.
