@Tyranexx Yeah absolutely - I'd love to be a kid again, lol. That is understandable, stuff like teacup rides, right? Those can get pretty fast too, that's for sure. Just curious, what kind of amusement park rides do you like?
I'm exactly like that with Mario! XD I have multiple favorite Mario games, but I will say that Super Mario World is my favorite 2D game. Super Mario Bros. 3 is not far behind though. I like the New Super Mario Bros. games as well, though those don't quite have the same magic as the classic ones.
@Sunsy That'd be cool, and I know that Mario Party Superstars lets you invite players on your friend list when you make a room. For Animal Crossing, we would need to have either one of us visit before we can send mail and gifts - that's how the game was programmed. Yeah, same here. Always appreciate friendly, positive people.
@Pizzamorg Happy birthday in advance! I hope you have a good one.
@MarioLover92 Nice to see a game actually make use of invites. Also, that's understandable. I still remember the times I would see my friend online and I would have to literally call him just to ask if he wanted to play something. I don't see why it's so difficult for Nintendo to implement a messaging system of sorts.

I had a psychology exam last week, and got it back yesterday. It was a huge mental obstacle removed, because my memorisation techniques haven't been great in that class. Not quite perfect but I improved over the last few!
Just got my 2cnd vaccine shot. Now I am supposed to be safe till May'22, lets hope by then its going to be a lot better of a situation. Germany was hit really bad with this fourth wave, its like everyone town is completely swamped with flu.
Hope you don't feel all that bad recovering. To add onto @Pizzamorg (who I wish a happy birthday) I got my second Pfizer shot in June, on the day of Nintendo's E3 Direct to be precise, and limped over to bed as soon as the Breath of the Wild trailer was over.
No thanks to the Final Fantasy Origin reveal I had some of the weirdest fever-induced dreams I have ever had, I thought I was in the disgustingly drab world of "CHAOS"!
That's me though. I had it relatively badly and had really cold shivers the whole night. Maybe you'll be fine, and hopefully that happens.
@MarioLover92 Every time you tweet you remind me that I'm still not even close to tapping the potential of this game. How in particular do you branch out from what I think is a repetitive cycle of digging fossils, selling them, checking all my neighbours, and repeat?
@Sunsy Yeah, I pretty much said the same thing earlier, how they don't have a messaging system. The Switch would really, really benefit from that. I guess they want to prevent messages that have naughty language from being sent, or something like that. With that said, they could filter out words so that all private messages are G-rated, for example.
@TheJGG Yeah, been playing that game a ton lately, lol. Honestly, I haven't been selling my fossils for a long time, I sell pumpkins instead, which is way less time consuming. Pretty much the things I do now are having coffee at Brewster's, and visiting Kapp'n's island each day I play. Been doing a ton of island hopping to get the new DIYs I'm missing. I actually took a hiatus from that game until the Animal Crossing direct was over, it literally made me come back since it's a huge update. How far are you in New Horizons?
@TheJGG
Animal Crossing New Horizons is like The Sims games.
It's open ending game.
There are a lot of things to do after got update 2.0.0 and Happy Home Paradise DLC.
@MarioLover92 I remember a long time ago getting the Phineas and Ferb DS game, and it had an online service called DGamer. Disney made their own service for achievements, leaderboards, avatar, and amazingly chatting. Being Disney of course, their chat system would prevent bad words from being sent, otherwise chat was functional.
If that's the concern, maybe Nintendo should just filter out certain words. Asking "I see you're on, want to play something?" wouldn't result in anything bad. Even Miiverse allowed you to message your friends.
Plus, I never worry too much about voice chat. I usually disable it in game, and save using it with IRL friends I can trust.
@ogo79 Not too much is up, just did some stuff around home to prepare for the upcoming holidays and one of my favorite movies is getting a sequel. Doing good today. Hope things are good with you.
sounds like you couldnt ask for much more @Snatcher yep

And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
@Sunsy
Just curious.
If i have two NDS Lite and play same games, can i still play local multiplayer and interact each other (games example = Animal Crossing Wild World, Animal Boxing, Mario Kart DS, etc) ?
@Sunsy Oh I didn't know that Disney had such a thing. I know they had Club Penguin back then, which was that online game on browsers. That used to be huge back in the day. Hopefully Nintendo will have messaging for their next console, at least - I'm not expecting it to appear on the Switch, as cool as that would be. I still remember when they trashed Miiverse - you can at least post stuff on your Facebook/Twitter account. I'm guessing they want us to use those platforms for posting screenshots/messaging, I dunno. lol
Speaking of Disney, yesterday was Beauty and the Beast's 30th anniversary. A childhood classic of mine and it's such a good movie. I used to have it on VHS, and I have it on blu-ray now.
@Anti-Matter You could, but if you have multiple copies of the same game, as well as multiple DS systems, you'll generally have access to all of that game's content in multiplayer. You'll only be able to play on a handful of courses in Mario Kart DS with just a single copy, for example.
Edit: Missed your Pokemon post, was just focused on making that post without refreshing, lol. I'm no Pokemon expert, but I don't think Venusaur is a legendary Pokemon. Those are pretty cool though.
@TheJGG I've been pretty lucky so far with recovery. All I felt after the shot was the arm hurting a little bit, and it seems to be the same for this second shot.
Got myself some nice deal on Black Friday - Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate.
And that aligned perfectly with my shipment from LRG
Phew...!
Finally, i finished the storyline of Skylanders Superchargers Wii U just now. 😀
I was thinking after beating Kaos it was the end and credit roll started to play until suddenly the Final Boss Darkness interupted the Credit roll and i have to beat him at Final Boss Battle.
Aw, snap !
It was easy Boss battle as i have set the difficulty on Easy from beginning. 😏
Well, already 3 Skylanders games finished, still have Superchargers Racing Wii and Trap Team Wii U to be finished.
And i hope my plan to get Skylanders Imaginators PS4 will be comes true.
@ogo79 Indeed. Been awhile since I've seen you here, so hoping things are good with you.
@Anti-Matter Yup, actually I do this with DS and GBA games. Sometimes I'll pick up an extra copy just to be able to play multiplayer with friends or family. Played Sonic Battle's multiplayer when my friend visited years ago.
Some games use one copy (multiplayer done via Download Play), while others needs a copy per player. Yeah, having two DS systems, and two copies of a game allows multiplayer over local wireless (system to system).
@MarioLover92 Yeah, the service was primarily on Disney's DS games, and usable in a web browser (via Flash). You could still chat on the DS version over local. For some reason they also had a local wireless option for chatting, tried this with both Phineas and Ferb DS games, and it works. In a weird way, they did online chat on DS, while Pictochat was primarily offline.
Saw something about that yesterday. Love the movie, maybe I should watch it again sometime soon, it's been awhile since I've seen it.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
@Sunsy Oh wow, they had voice chat for local multiplayer huh? That's...a bit redundant, you could already talk to others normally while you're each playing on your DS's. lol
I think I recall hearing that Metroid Prime Hunters had voice chat for online, though I never played its online multiplayer. The only DS game I played online was Mario Kart DS.
Yeah I was thinking of seeing it again soon, as well! I saw that post from Disney on my (top-secret) Facebook feed. I'm only a couple months shy of being in my 30s and I still love it, too.
