@TheJGG Woooo! I just finished reading it! Dude, I tell you what, dubans speech at the end of the prologue gets me hyped and I don't know why lol. I'm always like "YOU TELL EM DUNBAN!" In the game, I really loved the music in that scene as well. Especially when it starts zooming out and shows you how big the areas are!

I want some quick review, pro and con from Transformers Battleground (I will pick PS4 version).

Is the game easy enough for casual gamer like me ?
Is the game interesting enough to follow from storyline aspect ?
I saw the gameplay was like Mario + Rabbids but I want to make sure that game is decent enough for me regardless of whatever comments from other peoples.

@Anti-Matter I never played it, but reviews were saying that the game was too easy, so I would imagine it's geared more towards the casual audience. It also has a lot of performance issues. The writing for the story is pretty bad, and the voice acting is disappointing.

It was a really long struggle for me to actually play Ken properly honestly! Last time I checked my stats in smash bros I think it took 17 hours worth of online matches for me to get Ken into elite smash. Even before that, it took me months to even get the confidence to play him online lol. For characters like Lucina, and Bowser it only took me 25-30 minutes worth of online matches. I remember wanting to drop Ken so badly at the time lmaoooo. My fingers would freeze up every time I tried to do an input during a battle.

@ogo79 - Thanks man, yeah, I painted it at least. I’m a true, blue redneck. Indianer and all. Maybe I’ll fly in and we can do a bone wall at you’re place and smash some beers. Assuming you got a free wall that isn’t holding up boxes of skeleton parts or covered in knives and swords! I’m down for a video chat sometime between chit chatters or people from the site. I’ve been reading a long time, I found NL on a google search looking for a review of some WiiWare game, and I remember some people talking on the site about how the name had changed. When I started really looking at comments, regulars like you and Thanos and others started standing out. I probably chuckled at dozens of your comments before I ever thought to make an account.

@TheJGG - Thank you! Furniture is such a time sink that it’s tough to make it profitable. I’ve mainly done stuff for my own home, as well as some things in trade; but furniture is more of a hobby. I did have a side gig, pre pandemic, doing the occasional accent wall whenever a contractor friend could sell one. I’m one of the few weirdos who enjoys painting.

I am late to the party but this is one exceptional piece of furniture. If you don't mind I would love to see more of this here!

@Zuljaras - Wow, thank you man, that means a lot as you’re a talented artist. I may do an accent wall in my dining room next week, if I do, I’ll post a picture. I have crazy walls in nearly every room I’ve refinished. Furniture and wall paint is one thing, but Ogo’s last few posts have made me think about how many truly talented people are on this site, artists in every genre I’m sure. There are people here whose art has been featured in books and websites, and you were recently featured in a Konami video. Good stuff. Thanks again.

@TheJGG Do you play alot of daisy? If you do, could you give me a tip or two? I have been maining her, I'm not going to play online with her tho, but I'm going to play with her with friends.

@bimmy-lee Wise words. I hope to have it finished it before the new year but it's often difficult to find a moment to read these days. It would seem that I have yet to strike a perfect balance between my daily obligations and hobbies. Guess there's no time like the present right?

@Snatcher I know the question was directed at @TheJGG but if I may? I play Peach often and since Daisy is her Echo Fighter I thought I might share some tips with you. I recommend using her Down Special often as throwing turnips at opponents is a sure way of creating some great combos. That and if your opponent is off stage at a high percent then go for the kill with an forward aerial. Works for me.

Also. I've found that Peach's (and perhaps Daisy's as well) strongest smash attack is her up smash so there's that. I don't play online due to some internet limitations on my end so I mostly play against my brother in casual matches. Hope this helps.

@Snatcher Well my strategy is just to use her Hip Bash attack at an unsuspecting enemy. I'm absolute rubbish at Smash so I'm the player that mashes buttons and sometimes wins thanks to it. @Fujimoto-San nailed it on the head. My favourite attacks though are the down-b attacks for Byleth and Kirby, if you time them right it's absolutely devastating.

@Fujimoto-San Thanks this is really helpful, Most of the time I just hover over the ground and do F air, or when there off stage I will try to hover over the platform so I can gimp them, But I never really did throw turnips, I was also wondering what her best smash attack was, Thanks. Also I wanted to ask, you have been in thread more recently to right?

@TheJGG once again another attack I should use, I think it should go great if I mix it up with a down grab.

@bimmy-lee It looks great, good job on the colors to, Not one color overshadows the other, which I find is a pretty easy thing to do if your not careful. Has there been any other items you wanted to make, if you I really want to see the next one.

@Snatcher Hm? Yeah. I've been more active in these sorts of threads recently. I usually keep to myself writing comments on articles but I've become more involved in some threads in these past few weeks. I'm glad that I could help.

Well, since I am casual gamer as long the game is easy enough for newbie and it has decent storyline and voice acting, I don't really mind with the issues.

@TheJGG Oh that's right! It's not just Duncan though it's the stoic and inscrutable Duncan!

I once heard someone say that it sounds like a unique monster name so now I hope meathead rain and inscrutable Duncan are unique monsters in the next Xenoblade game

@Zuljaras - Thanks again. I love doing weird stuff in my house and experimenting with colors. I know it’s not to everyone’s tastes, but I like a lot of color in my home. It’s easy to mute it with neutrals from the grey scale, as well as black and white.

@Fujimoto-San - It’s certainly easier to say than to do. I checked my copy and it has two different book marks in it, which means it’s been at least three years since I’ve read it! I’m going to do it this summer. It gets so difficult to make time or choices with what to do with limited free time.

@Snatcher - Thanks! I find color mutes color. It would look brighter if it was just pink or green, but since it’s both; they kind of mute each other. Hey, one other thing about Daisy (I play with Peach a bit) she has the parry/counter smash that you have to practice and get good with. It’s a huge advantage if you’re good with it.
