Anyone remember Mario Party 9?

@Anti-Matter Wait, you didn’t own DDR yet? The way you talk about it I thought you already did. Well, good job!

@Dark_Magician Nope, but I do 10. Everybody says ‘oh, this game is bad and nobody remembers it’. Well, imo, it’s the best Mario Party ever. I own 3 or 4 on 3DS and they all suck in comparison to 10. Be right back, I need to post in the Unpopular Opinion thread. 😜

That DDR Wii was actually the worst DDR ever on console.
It has 20 Blah licensed songs (Only 2 of them are quite good but has weak stepchart) & 30 Konami Originals.
The Konami Originals are the important one as most of them used on Arcade version.
But why did i bought?
Because i only care with Konami Original songs for DDR 2010 Wii.

I have some DDR games.
DDR 3rd Mix PS1 (The Best DDR on PS1)

DDR Extra Mix PS1 (It has very great songs but some of them have very poor stepcharts)

DDR MAX 6th Mix Japan PS2 (Exactly 100% port from Arcade, Eurobeat centric but some songs have very poor stepchart)

DDR MAX 2 USA PS2 (My 2nd favorite DDR on PS2 USA)

DDR Extreme Japan PS2 (The Best DDR on PS2 Japan)

DDR Extreme USA PS2 (It has pretty good songs but it has very ugly interface)

DDR Extreme 2 USA PS2 (The Best DDR on PS2 USA)

DDR 2010 Wii (i bought yesterday & the Worst)

DDR II Wii (The Best DDR on Wii)

Did you ever play the Mario DDR?

@Anti-Matter Oh, I didn’t realize it’s a series. I thought the series was Dance Dance and one of the games was called Revolution.

I saw DDR Mario Mix bundle on Tokopedia.
It was about $60
But the songs didn't really have very challenging stepchart.
The Super Hard level on DDR Mario Mix (it rated level 10) was felt like level 12 based on DDR X rating (level 12 DDR X = level 8 on Old DDR). It still easy peasy for me. 😉

The hardest DDR song ever rated level 19 on Arcade. Some of them were actually felt like level 20 instead of level 19. Those are really Behemoth level. 😵

These are comparison the hardest on Mario Mix vs the hardest on Arcade.
It was like Heaven vs Hell.

But I'll just keep going with a little kernel of wisdom and positivity, every now and then, whenever the situation and/or the person requires it.

@Dark_Magician Not only do I remember Mario Party 9, I still have it installed on my modded Wii...

Mario party 9 whas a good game, loved it more then 10 IMO @Dark_Magician

@Dark_Magician Now that I think about it, I did play 9 at a friends house a while ago. I kept losing because the computers were too hard, but it’s a fun game. Not as good as 10 IMO, but I don’t get why everybody thinks they’re both ‘forgotten horrible games.’

I won’t say who, but I’ve ignored my first user.

I knew some people remembered Mario Party 9! I lost Mario Party 8 on the Wii.

@Dark_Magician Lost? How did you lose it? Did you lend it to someone and never got it back, did you lose it while moving house, or what? So many options to consider...

I lost it while moving... It was probably behind a shelf or something and I didn't notice :l. That's life for ya!

@Dark_Magician Ah, that sucks. I've also lost plenty of stuff during the last time I moved. Luckily, no games, though...

Oh yeah and I lost Pajama Sam for the Wii for my kid

@DenDen I can’t make sense of what the first half of that means, but my favourite Mario Party is 10.

I curious what makes Mario Party 10 better than Mario Party 9 ?
Both of those games have a big vehicle that everybody get inside and whatever happened to one player will affect with whole players inside the vehicle.

@Anti-Matter Bowser. You can play as Bowser in 10, but not 9. Also, different mini game and board selections, but mostly Bowser.
