That's simultaneously both kinda funny, and f-ing annoying...

I thought I had found a spare microSD card from my camera, then I discovered it’s not micro and doesn’t fit. 😢 I’m going to Best Buy to get a Pro Controller this afternoon, so I’ll probably pick one up there.

I’m back! I have a Pro Controller and 64GB Samsung microSD card. Joycon Drift no more! Thanks to @WoomyNNYes for helping me figure out all the microSD info.

I have unlocked K.K. Slider in my island after got 3 Stars rating and Terraforming permit.
But i wasn't happy with the replacement villager that sneakily occupied an empty house.
She was Naomi, an ugly cow with horrendous make up on her face. 🤨
I will keep my eyes on Quillson as i have a chance to get Raymond if i kick out Quillson as only Smug villager in my island.
But i still favor Rooney than Raymond as i really love Boxing themed stuffs inside his house.

It's unfortunately a lot less practical, because you need to clap with your pectorals to activate the infinity necktie.

That's why he went with a gauntlet in the end.

Am I the only one who misses old school console start up sounds/animations? I used to really like the Gamecube/PS2/Xbox start up sounds back in the day. When I first got my Switch I thought that "Click" would be the new one, but it only does that the one time...

@WoomyNNYes I'm enjoying studying up on classic SNL. I was a bit young to watch these classic skits when they originally aired back in the day lol. A coworker put me into these, as well as some suggested videos on YT after I watched a little Key & Peele.

@Heavyarms55 It's classic Chris Farley. You should bookmark the video for later. I can't normally watch videos at work unless they're very short, like your normal two minute game trailer.

Family is admittedly a major factor in me staying where I am. If I didn't have a lot of family nearby, I wouldn't have many qualms about pulling up my roots and moving; heck, until I landed my current job, I was starting to look at opportunities in adjoining states. I like the general geography and some of the people where I live, but....Well, I won't get into politics and economics, but let's say there's a reason my state (IL) has more people moving out than in.

That said, it IS an awesome feeling when you get together with someone that you haven't seen in years.

I don't eat a ton of processed food these days, but I do indulge on occasion. Breakfast items would go in and out of style for me as a kid. One month it was dinosaur oatmeal. The next, Eggo waffles (especially the ones with filling!). Then toast or poptarts the next month. Maybe some cereal now and again.

No oven? You've most likely made do, but I would need one every now and again. I bake a lot of my meat since I intentionally don't pan fry very often and dislike using my electric grill since it's a pain to clean.

@ThanosReXXX Well, at least the knick left a point of reference for your barber. Glad that the cut wasn't much worse than that. Would've been a bit freaky, though probably not too noticeable depending on how fast the adrenaline was moving.

@Tyranexx Well, I say no oven, but I have a large toaster over that works well enough to make things like garlic toast. But the vast majority of cooking I've done for the last several years has been cooked in a pan on a stove or boiled. I have a fish broiler that I've never used because I admitted don't know how to prepare fish properly for that.

I adore eggo waffles. I used to eat them all the time! From childhood right up through university. Often times just toasted in place of regular buttered toast. In university I because very fond on things like pizza rolls because they were (presumably still are?) very common, very quick to just toss in a microwave, and tasty. I especially liked the triple pepperoni kind.

And although all my friends made fun of me for it, I shamelessly love(d) White Castle! Even though I know full well that it's one of the most unhealthy fast food places around. Last time I returned to Michigan about 3 years ago, I grabbed a crave case and ate about half of it in one sitting! (although admittedly part of that was because I hadn't eaten in like 30 hours)
