@NintendoByNature Mind you, I drank four XL versions of B&C tonight, and I'm still present enough to have this conversation with you, but as with all alcoholic beverages, the hit rate varies, at times.

In regards to our future get-together, it'll probably also matter how jet-lagged I'd still be, depending on if the meeting will take place right on the first day of me arriving in the States or not...

We had classics like The Omen, The Exorcist, Phantasm, Dawn of the Dead, Rollerball, Mad Max, Dirty Harry, Enter the Dragon, Assault on Precinct 13, The Warriors, The Wanderers, some little film called Star Wars, Jaws, The French Connection, Marathon Man, Life of Brian, Holy Grail...I could go on. Nowadays you get a reboot of Spider Man every 5 years. It's like Hollywood got neutered.

@WiltonRoots Unfortunately this is because todays art is subjected to witch-hunts because of the SJWs.

Every game, movie or any piece of entertainment media is seen as offensive etc.

And it will only get worse.

I have finished Ratchet & Clank 3 Trilogy PS3 just now ! 😄😄😄
It was ridiculous hard at Final place due to tough enemies before facing Dr. Nefarious. 😵
Dr. Nefarious himself was ridiculous hard too. 😫
The ending was pretty LOL but delivered with very poor 480p FMV with ratio 4:3 size. 😕
From R&C 3, Secret Agent Clank was born and have its games on PSP & PS2. 😉

Edit: After i counted the gameplay hours for finishing R&C 3, it took total 3 days (19 hours).
Wow, that was very fast for 3D platformer game. 😀

@NintendoByNature Yeah it does, sometimes, but there's also simply just bad days or good days. Might be a mental thing, or constitution thing, but for me personally, it can be any of those. I've also seen the other side of that coin: not having eaten anything, drinking beer all day, and STILL being alright, so in some ways, I wouldn't even be able to put a finger on the what's what there...

@WiltonRoots Yup, all great movies, so I second all of your choices. And I also agree with @Zuljaras, and @NEStalgia also brought up that point quite a while back already: large parts of today's society always seem to be in some kind of state of being "insulted" or offended, or hurt, instead of being able to or make the effort to try and put things in perspective, as they should. Especially with movies, when we now see a man smoking, or saying some kind of offensive word, even if it is in the context of the time period that the movie takes place in, or whatever, people STILL whine about how bad of an example it is, and worrying about the effects that it may have on younger people, and so on...

It's pretty tiresome, and borderline insane sometimes, but yeah, that's the times we're living in, my friend.
I'm all for being open-minded and inclusive, but when so many things about all these various groups of SJW's and what not keep rubbing me the wrong way, my patience is REALLY beginning to wear thin. Whatever happened to not always needing to have an opinion on EVERYTHING, minding your own business, having an actual backbone, or something resembling a bit of thick skin? I don't know, but apparently, that's all out of fashion nowadays.

Luckily, fashion always revolves, so at some point in time, we'll get to a tipping point, and things will evolve the right way again. I just hope I'll still be there to witness that. Might at the very least give me the idea that there's still some hope left for the human race after all...

@ThanosReXXX i can understand that. When im out with company I can certainly put a few more back then when im alone, and having a few. I also feel the effects more when im home on the couch

@NintendoByNature Really? While I can definitely confirm also being able to put a few more back when out with friends, I do in general tend to get more easily inebriated when out and about, especially around these times of the year, and being in the open air. At home, I feel more comfortable, and my drinking tempo is probably also considerably lower.

@ThanosReXXX for Me, yes..when in a social environment i tend to move around and socialize. So its probabaly that my mind is moving is why i don't notice it, honestly.

Then, when you get home & relax, it hits you .... ?
