@bimmy-lee Of course, I agree, but like I said to Tyranexx, she was probably distracted, and after already having bumped your head twice, you would probably also not be thinking as clearly anymore. And then there's probably also the factor of being ashamed to have that happen to you in public, which might also affect your judgment. We as bystanders are often judging a bit too quick, as if stuff like that would never happen to us, but I've also walked into several glass doors back in the day.

@StableInvadeel So would the only way to save up USD without bank control be in physical form? But that would still mean you’d need to involve an exchange, right?

@HobbitGamer It would involve going to an exchange house, buying dollars, and keeping them under my bed or something.
Of course, if I get dollars via paypal, paypal takes its international deposit share, then converts it to pesos, takes its conversion share, then deposits on my bank account, and then I go somewhere to buy dollars at a lousy rate, that means I would be wasting more money. So saving in dollars is kinda not viable for me now.
It's not like I could actually spend them directly in retail, but it was nice to have money saved in a currency that doesn't need to remove three zeros from itself to work around devaluation.
@StableInvadeel Ok I have to ask. Do your name changes have a meaning behind them?

@Ryu_Niiyama stable is where you store livestock, usually horses, an invader is someone or something that breaks into a place or habitat, usually with hostile intents, and an eel is a marine creature.
I considered using Barn instead of Stable, but I thought stable gave it more of a space invaders look.

@Anti-Matter I wouldn't think height would matter in terms of colliding with a glass wall, unless that glass wall is above a door frame....
@bimmy-lee I used to work with a guy who was 6' 7". He was pretty good natured and had heard the whole gamut of "tall" questions and would even roll along with the jokes. "How's the weather up there?"
We got along quite well, particularpy where puns were involved.
@ThanosReXXX I can totally relate if that's the case. I've been making a little more of an effort to live outside of my head when the situation calls for it lately, but it's hard at times when you're kind of attached to it at all times.
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@StableInvadeel Ah thank you, that makes more sense. I always find it interesting when people change usernames so often...likely because I have used the same one since I was 14-15. Well look, leave the poor cowies alone...life is hard enough being livestock.

@StableInvadeel Haha, great reply.
Now do Meowpheel, Yosheel, Morpheel and Delibheel...
But seriously, though: I'm actually more curious about the real explanation. For example: what's the preoccupation with always wanting to end your username in "eel"?
And why change your name so often anyways? Some people (not me, of course) might think that it's a character flaw or an uncertainty of one's self-image. Most pick a name they're happy with and which represents them or what they stand for and stick with it, throughout their entire online life.
I myself only ever changed my name once, and that was simply because the name I used to have, was never one I wanted to use in the first place, but one that was born out of necessity. And now it's the name that it always was supposed to be.
@Anti-Matter Update on your comments:
Black bars are used for spoilers. What you reported is hardly a spoiler.

@Tyranexx Haha, true enough. Well, I think I can speak for most of us, that I am glad that it is indeed attached to us.
If not, some might mistake me for the long lost inhabitant of Sleepy Hollow...
Oh those are easier. Morpheel is just a Zelda boss, which I think is cool enough to appropriate its name.
Meowpheel is meowth and Morpheel combined.
Yosheel is Yoshi and Morpheel combined.
Delibheel is just delibird and Morpheel combined.
With older name changes I would keep the Morph part. But lately I’m liking the Eel part better. I keep one or the other to make it easier to recognize it’s still me.
And I change them simply because I can. I am not attached to these names in any meaningful way outside of it just being my username gimmick here.
I think I remembered why I took a break from the Nintendolife comment section. Just reading the comment section of the review for astral chain was a war zone. The review was great though and I think I might buy Astral Chain.
I don't like Monster Hunter.

I'm probably listening to green day right now.
@HobbitGamer Well, at least we know for a fact that it's not going to be a Marvel's Spider-Man related fairy tale, because that one didn't end well for Disney...
@StableInvadeel Aha. Oh well, fair enough, I guess. For me, just thinking about having to change my name as often as you do, and actually having to find the inspiration to come up with something good or appropriate, is already more than exhausting enough, so I'll stick to theorizing about it...
