I was thinking about changing my name too. I just don't know if I'm ready for a leap that big. Baby steps is fine. Maybe I'll just misplace a letter and call it a day.
Then again, the TheNatureBoy has a nice ring to it. WOOOOOOOO!!!!!
I still maintain my username Anti-Matter for 2 reasons:
1. Anti-Matter is the name of DDR X2 song. I'm a Huge fan of DDR and i have been playing DDR for 16 years.
2. Anti-Matter sounds like Anti-Mature as i'm against all rated 18+ games and movies.
I just wait till the Holidays when i get drunk and say something mean, stupid, uncalled for, politically incorrect ect. ect. to delete my profile, so that i can change my name.
So...
It's Monday again, and this picture right here perfectly illustrates how that can feel sometimes:
Or maybe all the time...
@HobbitGamer "To be fair, I never said what kind of book it is 😜"
Must be the book of fools, then...
Well, anyway, now that you've found that you actually like Fire Emblem, there's an entire world waiting for you.
I don't know how big your current back log is, or if you even have one, but I can heartily recommend each and every one of the previous games as well. Mind you, not the "Heroes" games, although these can also be fun,
but they certainly aren't real Fire Emblem games.
These games have been around ever since the Famicom, and the Western releases ever since the Game Boy Advance, a platform on which the games are surprisingly similar to Advance Wars. Funny that you mentioned that series, because going from Advance Wars to Fire Emblem is exactly what also happened to a friend of mine, to whom I also recommended the series.
So, if you still have a DS, 3DS, Wii or Wii U lying around and/or in active duty, then be sure to pick up some of the earlier outings. The GameCube and Wii games were also brilliantly entertaining.
Sad to see I missed the great "movie and series references day". I would have gotten that Earp heir reference in a heartbeat. Loved that series.
Like the new avatar, although I also kind of miss the previous one already...
@StableInvadeel StableInvadeel? I'd sooner say InstableInvadeel, judging from the number of times that you've now already switched user names...
But all kidding aside, I'm afraid I'm not really partial to it. I simply don't get the continuous name switching, and secondly, but maybe that's just me being too old or something. Either way, I liked Morpheel, or any of the previous ones better.
@NintendoByNature - Diamonds are forever, and so is TheNatureBoy, wooo! If you don’t like that, learn to love it. His Rolex watch cost more than my house.
@ThanosReXXX I have none of those consoles anymore other than an N2DS, but I think I’ll dip into FE Warriors next year. I think I played some of one on GBA, but didn’t really get on with it. All the activities I. The Monastery of 3Houses are what have kept me the most entertained. I’m 18 hours in and already know I’ll play at least two more files to experience the other Houses.
@Ralizah I’m not surprised. It’s the internet, after all. That game does look like a knock off you’d find in a mobile storefront, but it’s just a game.

@HobbitGamer Ah, that's a shame. Closes off a lot of avenues, then. Or maybe all for the better, depending on your existing back log.
Either way, hope the game keeps entertaining you for some time to come, so you'll at least have something else to look forward to, whenever they decide to make a new game in the series.
'The console wars are like boobs: Sony and Microsoft fight over which ones look the nicest and Nintendo's are the most fun to play with.'
@Ninfan - I commonly drive faster than the posted speed limit. That should be enough to get me there. If not, then it’s because I fight kangaroos... joking. Unless it’s Tekken. Hobbit made a Lost (television series) reference when he mentioned Desmond, and I was referencing back. Anything more would be a spoiler.
